I had decided to go without the CO and XO positions, and Jeff and I would be the CO/XO. the open station positions are:

Chief of Ops
Chief of Communications
Chief of Science
Fighter positions

I must warn you though that since the Ticon. doesn't have a full crew yet you may have to wait. If Karelia deems it neccessary for you to remain at your previous post then you shall go.
