Thank you for your professional report.

If you go to the expansionfleet.com databases, you will find a list of avatars, including the ones for "Intelligence".

Most avatars are the same for Iintel, S31 and FSS. Only certain ranks differ. On the website you can see all of them, and you will see that in complete, there is in fact a large list of ranks.

Thank you Mr. Mason.
One note of interest for you: it happens frequently, in all divisions, that people join, report for duty, and then are never seen again. Why this phenomena occurs I don't know, but it's very common. Don't hesitate to replace such people if they don't show up again in a week or 2 after their last post. It would be an exception if they came back anyway after that time...

Report:

We just completed a joint mission with Nova, involving Kennedy Base and the USS Venture-B. The Blackfire is unactive with no crew posting or returning. We are attempting to keep things running but it is becoming harder without crew. The FSS does ask Any, and all Divisions to assist us, in remaining active enough to remain in Expansion Fleet. A large scale joint mission that lasts a long time may be the best hope.

Thank you for your report.  In response to your comments:

1. Jack Mannion is the same person as Zach (T) Schmidt and Trell. He has not been posting for months, and is no longer considered in the crewrosters. You may remove him from your crewroster as well.

2. I will notify Montrell. I am sure that he will reactivate his character once I have remembered him.

3. It is never easy to find crew, and we do our best to promote Expansion as much as possible, to keep getting new members. May I suggest two options?
- Go to http://www.expansionfleet.com/starfleet/ and vote for Expansion on all the voting buttons you see there on the right. If you (and others) do this every day, Expansion will be higher ranked in the lists and the higher ranked we are, the better our chances to get new players.
- Create a banner for FSS, if possible, and sign up with it on those (and/or other) topsites, and vote for it every day - and try to get others to do the same. For that, you would need to have an own website for FSS, of course, however. Let me know please.
- By experience, I recommend to wait with adding any other ship, until your current open spots have been filled for the most part. It is useless to have several ship, if you dont have enough people to fill even one. Every time one ship is (nearly) full, you can consider adding another one, and so on. Otherwise you will find yourself ending up removing ships that are inactive anyway.

I am afraid to say that nothing has changed for the FSS.

No new members have signed up and the missions and story has all but died out.

That is not good. I suppose that the FSS urgently needs to  be revived.
Perhaps you can try to make a list of people still active there. Then there should be a look at the ongoing current missions, and see how they can be revived with some action.

No changes to report, but we are in the development stage. We are trying to divise a mission plan to spark new interest in the FSS.

Report From Commander Salen, FIS Blackfire CO
FIS Blackfire Mission Status Report
Stardate: 57323.8

- Ships Dragon and Blackfire are on a mission to investigate possible Romulan Coalition activity in the Romulan/Federation Exclusion Zone as reported by Romulan Ambassador Trell and Romulan Agent Gri Tall.  The Ambassador is on the Blackfire and the Agent is on the Dragon.

- Just arrived at the Boruun System.  Blackfire is cloaked and stationary.  Sensor sweeps of the area for illicit Romulan activity are so far negative.

- It is easier for me to note here that my best poster is Agent Sven Guiss.  Crewmembers Mark Brodie and Nish Laverz have not continued to post, nor have the crewmembers from before my tenure aboard Blackfire excepting the aforementioned Agent Sven Guiss.

- Current ship's status is fully operational and cloaked.

- The only visitor on board Blackfire is Romulan Ambassador Trell.
