*Pax reads the reports of the arrival of Mentora and Ardwyad, as well as the dispatching of several shuttles with Yzakians offering humanitarian aid to the homeworld of the Nigillians.*
"Very well, soon the fleet should be able to return to the capital. But one thing must be done first... Send a transmission to Starfleet, Avalon Station. We need to restore our good relations with them, and we could also use their help."

This is Representative Pax, speaking for the Delta Alliance. We owe you our apologies for having your ship, the U.S.S. Evolution, involved with a civil war that took place in our part of space. But I am happy to inform you that the matters have been settled, and peace and balance have been restored. We feel that you have been disadvantaged by our internal strife, and wish to restore our good relations with you. Therefore, We would like for you to send a ship to our space, so we can begin the rebuilding of our communications. We also received report that you are rebuilding the station of Starphoenix at the planet Dantor, and that meanwhile you lost the station Deep Space 12 to the Na'jigat, for which our condolences. Seeing that DS12 is now gone, Starphoenix Base is the closest located Starfleet station to D.A. space, and I hope that it could become an important crossroads between Starfleet and the D.A. We are also recalling an officer of ours, the Droid Comm One, that had been on your station as exchange officer. He is to take command of the A.S.C. Revox after the former captain, Ardwyad, was relieved of duty. We are currently located at the homeworld of the Nigillians, it should be on your stellar maps. We hope to welcome you soon. The situation at hand is a bit difficult to explain, but I can tell you at this point that Quarval cannot be released to the Delta Alliance yet. We beamed her over because she has valuable information for us, and since she requested asylum, we are keeping her on the ship for the moment. We are setting out to search for an abandoned ship somewhere outside the borders of D.A. space, but we will inform you when we return. =^=

"Allow me to explain what has happened. But I warn you that what I will be telling you, may be shocking. We have discovered that certain members of the Delta Alliance have done acts of high treason against her Majesty the Queen's Alliance. This treason goes as far as the members of the Council themselves, among who several have become corrupted by this military organisation called Starfleet. We have reasons to believe that Starfleet collaborates with the Traquel and Droids, to overthrow the power of the High Queen, and gain control over the Delta Alliance themselves, as dictators."
