An Andorian shuttlecraft de-cloaked next to the station. The ship was obviously heavily-damaged.

'Dathon to StarPhoenix Base. Requesting permission to dock. I was on my way from planet Andor back to Avalon Station, when my ship was attacked by some pirates. As you can see, I'm in need of some urgent repairs.'
