"Helm are we docked."

Helm Officer - "Affirmative ma'am"

"Alright, senior officers. report to Admiral Julian." **She looks to a lieutenant JG who was working the assistant security station on  the bridge** "Lieutenant you have the bridge. Keep us at yellow alert and do nothing unless you here from me or a member of the Command Staff." **A looks of panic appears on his face and Lollock moves in closer to have a brief privatge conversation.** "Don't worry, you've done very well thus far and i would not ask you to take command if i thought u couldn't do it. Besides i'm only a comm badge away." **She chuckles slighty as she exits the bridge.**

Julian's Office

"Admiarl, reporting as orders. My senior staff are close behind me."

Capt Lollock - brisge, USS Iroquois

**Tara returns to her command seat.**

"Alright everyone, here we go. Korina, bring the new weapons online. Just in case. Lieutenant Swift begin firing, and maintain rotating frequencies."

"Ensign Clark, evasive action but maintain formation."

=/\=Lollock to Commander Teranis, watch those shields. I don't want to lose shields in mid-battle.=/\=

**Tara was slightly surprised that her new first officer hadn;t asserted herself and made the choice she preferred an order, but it was still her very first command- level assignment. Tara knew it would take some time for her to grow into her pips. She knew from personal experience that the first mission as an executive officer can be the hardest of all. You have this constant feeling that you are walking on eggshells until you learn where the lines are drawn. Where your authority stops and the Captains authority takes over. What decisions truly need the captain's input? She had faith that Commander Dal would realize this in time.**

"Well Commander, this was all your idea. Therefore it is your project. It's your decision to make. What do you think?"

**At this point Tara was certain that she had confused the hell out of her first officer. But it won't take long for it all to be completely clear.**
