Mister Cook, I have a Proposle to Make Iam going on an Unoffical Mission not under any undergoing Primary Mission the offical Reason is a ShakeDown for the U.S.S Windsor but the Unoffical Reson is this if you remember Federation Histroy from the time of Captian Kirk were V'ger appered to return to Earth and was found out to be one of the Voyager Probes  here is the un offical mission I have found the Black Hole to were the machine Planet is Located and I would like you to come along this is under your own accord. will you Come?

The increased internal volume allowed for 800,000 square metres of mission adaptable facilities.39 This allows the Galaxy class to support a wide range of ongoing research projects independently of the vessels primary mission.2 Although not a new idea in Starfleet vessels, the Galaxy class is unique in the extent to which this is possible. These ships are capable of supporting up to 5,000 mission specialists, while the decentralized nature of the secondary power grids allows laboratories to function effectively even during combat operations.

The combat capability of the Galaxy class was also significantly greater than that of the Nebulas.40 The burst fire torpedo tubes are each capable of launching groups of photons torpedoes16, up to ten at a time41 every six seconds, while t42 As with many recent Federation designs, the use of long phaser arrays rather than banks gives the main phasers of the Galaxy class a great capability for sustained firing and rapid recharge/cool down time. The Galaxy class is the first on which all segments of every phaser array are supplied by a separate power system; although this increases the complexity of the system tremendously, it gives the phaser arrays a tremendous survivability in the face of combat damage.

In service the Galaxy class at first proved exemplary, beyond any of Starfleet's expectations43 but by 2371 no less than three of the initial six ships had been lost - the Yamato,6 Odyssey,4 and finally Enterprise-D1. Yamato 's loss was particularly horrific, as she was destroyed with her entire complement of crew and families aboard.6 This alarming record led to many changes being introduced during refits of the remaining three vessels, and also to the construction of six new Galaxy class ships from space frames held in reserve against future need. The unfortunate history of the Galaxy class vessels combined with the recent escalation's in tensions within the alpha quadrant has led to all six vessels being subsequently completed, and all are now on active service against the Dominion.

Major changes to the Galaxy class have included a new warp core,44 a redesigned shield system intended to perform far better against phased polaron beam weapons,45 various changes to the ships computer systems, plus many minor changes to the ships systems. Production of these vessels continues today; five Galaxy class ships took part in the recent operation to retake Deep Space Nine from the Dominion46 and the class has gained a fearsome reputation during the war, operating with one of the highest kill-to-loss ratios of any Starfleet classes. Though new Galaxy class ships are being produced without any science or diplomatic facilities included in order to reduce the vessel mass and so enhance combat performance during the Dominion war.39 These ships will be "filled out" after the war, considerably enhancing Starfleets exploration capacity. At this point further production is expected to be terminated in favour of the new Sovereign class.

The other modifications that will be made will be the addition of a second warp core, for more power, and to give longer capapbility to go high warp speeds for longer periods of time, we will be adding a third warp drive down the middle of the star drive sector.

The shield system will be a modulating system, that allows the computer to adjust shields for impacts on the shields.  

There will be  phaser arrays added to the warp nacelles, one added to the bottom of the saucer drive section, and oneon the new warp nacelle of the saucer drive section.  The phaser arrays will be updgraded to type x XI phaser arrays.There will be to additional photon torpedoe launchers, and one rapid fire quantam torpedoe launcher added to the star drive section.

The impulse drives will get an upgrade to the newest systems, and engines.


The ship will be upgraded to a bio-neural gel pack system.
The Ship will also have a new computer system.
The Ship will also have a system which will be able to hide the power signture of the ship.

*Sisko transports into his office.  The office is equipped with a transporter pad, and a transporter pattern buffer.  He walks over to his desk and engineers begin to pile in for the meeting.*

Sisko:  Com.  I need a status report on the ship, and I want to ddraw up a new schedule for completion now that we ahve new staff.  By the way, execleent work people on the Windsor she will be fully operational by tuesday and ready for another proper shakedown.  

Com:  The work on the automationa nd computer core is gooing very slowly becasue of all the problems with replacement.  The warp core has been installed and is running at 20% efficiency.  We should have it up and running by tomorrow.  We were having some problems with the new matrix and the old plasma conduits.  We are now replaceing every component of the warp core.  This ship is getting the new warp core installed on the Voyager.  That will be done tomorrow.

Sisko:  Very well, I have a computer specialist arriving today from Utopia on the Enterprize.  He should be able to make speedy the work on the Core and automation Centers.

Lt.: Sir the bio-neural gel pack installtion will be done in twleve hours, and all the ODN Conduits and relays will be doen in sixteen hours.  

Lt. Cmdr.:  We will have the new computer interface up and running in three days.  Were putting in the interface thru the whole ship much like the Enterprize D, so that is taking a while.  Also, until the new core is full functional we will not know for sure if there will be any problems with the interfaces and computer.

Lt.:  The new shield generators and shield emittors are going in as scheduled.  The new modulating shield harmonics software will be installed when the core goes in.  We have had no problems, and the intsallation will be complete in two days.  

Sisko:  Very well people, Great Work yall have pulled it together in a bind. I want the computer core and all of its matrix's done in two days.  Work triple overtime if you have to.  I want the interface and Odn inssues solved in three days, and I want the bio-nueral gel packs done yesterday.  I have a schedule I worked up here on my way home.  Its all been sent to your padds.  I want this ship out by next week for a shake down.  I want this ship to run prefectly, seeings as how it was built by monkesy in the first place.

Sisko:Good to see you in one piece Admiral. Sir I think they were near a nebula about six light years from our present position. Computer Flood decks 1 thur 25 with anestizine. Intensify the barion sweep, eliminate all life signs in those decks.  Admiral, the engineering temas are transporting all crew into the star drive section.  Ther are no intruders on those decks.  I am programming the computer to lflodd with the gas for 20 minutes and then to clean the air.  After that we will go deck to deck with phasers and make sure all intruders are dead.  
Comp:Anestizine gas flodding decks 1 thru 25.  Time remaining to air purification 16 minute and 25 seconds.  
Sisko:All security temas prepare to make you runs.  Engineering, status on wapr cores situation.
Engineering:Sir the secondary core is at 1000%percent.  The main core is at 95.67%.  We have full power capabilties as long as all the bypassing continues to function.
Sisko:Very well, power up only life support, environmental, defensive, command control, computer interface, and weapon systems.   prepare to jump to maximum warp on my mark.
Engineering:Sir tatical display is showing a ship 6 times the size of this off of port.
Sisko:Prepare to launch a volley of all torpedoes, and pahsers.  Diable there engines and pwer supplies. Prepare for high warp.  I want both warp cores pushing for warp 9.999.

Comp:Now purifying air of anetsizine gass.  Air returning to safe levels.  Barrion sweep completed.

Sisko:  Computer scan saucer section for life signs

Comp;  ther are 15 humanoid life signs in the saucer section.

Sisko:Very well, All security teams go.  Dont stop until you ahve reached the bridge.

Arriving on the Bridge I had memories of sitting over to the left. I look around at the Bruidge in ruins. Fire suppresion teams get on those fires. Engineers get on the systems and see how much  you can save.

as you all Know the Windsor is currently at Avalon Station helping in Moving the Station and will be there for the Next Little While.so after the Mission and after the Current Station Mission we should Plan a Mission for the 40th Anniverty of Startrek. a tribute as it were.right now there is the Vessel the U.S.S Definit that the Windsor found could be used in this type of Mission.
