*The warbirds are totally unaware of what is going on so they Fully Power shilds, fire there disrupter cannons and vollies of torpedos at the Bird Of Pray, the Evolution and the Revox*

*Incoming hail from the romulan Warbird D'Deridix*

"This is Commander Galon, Comanding officer of the Warbird D'Derix III. I demand the safe return of the prsonir on yor ship, his name is Sub-Commander Tanik. I also demand the assualt of my troops on the derilict ship. If you fail to comply to my demands your ship will be destroyed."

*His warbird and two Valdorclass decloak, the ships have the symbol of the Romulan Coalition on the ships hulls*

*Galon beams his officers and they start to work on the most dameged areas of the ship. They used spare hull plating from there own ships to patch up the hull breachs. A romulan impulse engine is installed on the port side but it was made so it can easily be un installed to insert a proper starfleet engine in its place. After about 7 hours of work the ship is nearly completed. A Romulan Centurion was walking up to a jeffieries tube*
Centurion: "I need access into this area."
Ensign: "Alright but make it quick."
*He allows him access into the tube then suddenly Tanik jumps out and blast the guard with his phaser*
Centurion: "Sir c'mon we have not much time!'
*The two officers are immediatly beam aboard Galons ship and the inncedent goes un noticed for a period of time. The engineers have fully repaird all damage after a full day of work. the phaser banks are fully charged and the Torpedo bay is filled with Romulan torpedoes. All of the enginners are beamed off the ship and galons face appears on the main view scren.*
"I hope your ship is fully funtional Good luck on your mission. Also befor I leave I have some unfortunit news. One of your officers has been killed on deck 5 near a jeffiers tube by my officer Tanik. Also two of my ships have been ordered by my superior to finish you off. it ried my best to convince them other wise but they refuse to listen. I wish you good luck and I hope you make it to were ever you are going. As humens say, God speed you."
*The channel closes and galons ships warps out of the sector. the two Warbirds power sheilds and weapons.*

*Adresses The S31 Chief*

"Silence you pitiful sack of meat! You can speak when you are spoken too! I suggest you leave befor you get your ship destroyed with that sencless noise that you call a voice!"

*Adresses Sanchez*

"If further negotiations are to take place I wan't this useless worm out of my site. I apologize Captain but I don't take such arrogence from anyone."

*Galon orders his ships fall back, he decides he does not wish to fight with these men. His ships fall back to a safe distence of 2000 meters and he hails the Evolution in hoe for a responce. He wants to solve the situation diplomaticly. He hails the evolution one last time.*

OCC: OOOOOO, Ok shoulda let me know a head of time.

*GAlon and the other warbird notice the Evolution is losing warp speed*

"Helm, reduce velocity and keep it the same as the evolution. as soon as they drop our of warp disable Impulse and sheilding."

*Galon and his remaining ships soon flank the Klingon Bitd of pray on her port sid and fire the primary disrupter array and knock out impulse, the Remaining warbird trys to do the same with the Revox but the Romulans know so little about the ships and it evaids. Soon another Volly of Torpedoes strike the Bird Of Prey.*

*Almost instantly after both sides drop out of warp th warbird commence a full out assualt on the Evolution. A fully charged Disrupter beam hits and unstablizes the aft sheilding. The a barage of Disrupter canon blast hit the the weakend sheilds and knock out the port side impulse engine*

*Galon then tries to hail the Evolution*

*HIs ship remains un-cloaked and weapons powered down. He also commands his escourt to only remained shielded and un-cloaked. Too valdor class ships back off to a strategic distence as if they were to flank the evolution but weapon systems are still not powered and they remain un-cloaked. Galon ounce again hails the Evolution.*

"I will withdraw my men, but I will not withdraw from the sector, this space has ben claimed for the Romulans. I will allow you to tow the ship out of this space. You can either go left, Delta Alliance, or Right, Federation Space."h

*Suddenly the Warbirds cease fir and one last ime hail the ship. They remain in close persuit.*

OCC: HK47 seems a little god like if you ask me. Its really not fair to other players. maybe you should limit the abilities you have. No offence is intended.

*As Galon's face appears on the view screen the three previously damaged waribirds warp into sector with the Revox and KHa Var's ship in tow.*

"Captain, you have faught valiantly and well. My superiours demand I destroy all of you at ouncebut I am not going to. You knew your ship was several times smaller and less powerful thne ours and that the odds were against you. i have great respect for you all. That manuaver was an astounding disply of work that we least expected to happen. But that is not why I spare you all. My Intel. has brought it to my attention that you are on a very importaint mission. A mission to save every species int this galaxy. i understand the importance of this task and the amount of responsibility. So for the sake of the galaxy you are free to go. If you would like I will send my best engineers over to assist you with repairs, adn doctors to help with your wounded. I would like to see you suceed and save this god forsaken galaxy. If you ever find yourself in need of assistence contact me on this frequency.*Frequancy sent* Trust me it is as secure as it can get and no one else can access it. *Sheilds and weapons are powered down on all ships and repair teams are being sent out.*

*Galon calls over an officer and whispers into his ears, then the officer nodded his head and walked over to a station and started to press buttons, the warbirds and its escourts, the two Valdor class, Power there sheilds and weapons.*
