In my own investigation. I found this Tyn is a Q. And has appeared at SS Avalon, USS Skytoucher even our own Intel base. With possible movment into 2 other divisions. He randomly selects places to go. I have a contact and position on the Skytoucher. I think its worth looking at deeper.

After considering the number of officers in conjuction with the function of this division as well as the current circumstance that all crew is on the Mannon the Mannon will be the only currently commissioned vessel under the Intelligence Division. The division does not require a ship of a Galaxy Class size at the point in time. Once the division can crew the Unity it will return to active duty. Positions and ranks will remain the same of course. Also in interest of time and effort we will not be offering ID Cards, yet if you will see my signature it will offer an alternative.
