General Malcom Reed walks onto the bridge of the USS Mannon. The ships smell was of newly fabricated technology. A smell he had noticed on the USS Empire so many years ago. He went to the command chair and sat in it.

"Computer, activate all systems."

The ship began to light up deck by deck montors began to glow their usual colors. The viewscreen came one showing a view of the inside of Lyonesse Base.

(I politely ask you remove your post, the reasoning is: You do not hold ground to dictate how the FSS system works. Simply put, Its not as easy as your making it.)

All crew please read the announcment under the Division Commanders Office board. This is in effect immediately.
-All insignias are regular starfleet-
Ranks transfered to starfleet insignias are:
Simon Rajnus: Captain - Command
King Sitgor: Commander - Command
Tobias Bashir: Commander - Medical/Science
Richard Brown: Lieutenant - Tactical/Engineering
Alex Bodean: Lt. Commander - Tactical/Engineering
Reg: Lieutenant - Tactical/Engineering

All officers whom identify themselves as "Agent" have been given Lt. - Tactical/Engineering. If your position calls for other then inform me. The position of "Agent" is not a position open on this vessel. Thank you for your cooperation.

(As mentioned several times, yes. The agent insignias only confuse new officers, in addition, stations can no longer be showed at Classified. Things must be more clear. This isn't the KGB gentlemen. Intelligence is not nessisarily Section 31. Section 31 is a shawdow part of Intelligence. The USS Mannon is not a section 31 vessel. If that clarifys it i hope so. It should be very clear as to what to do now.)

Reed places his hands to his chin and casually sits at a chair on one of the stations.

"I imagine you are suprised at my arrival. I'm afraid our position at Lyonesse Base did not serve well. Right now the entire division will be operated from this vessel. I am hoping to meet with the higher ups about getting aid in crewing. You need not worry about the command of your ship, although i will be here, i will not assume command. I require quarters however, as does the commander."
