"Get the Doctor and get out of here quickly!"

*Lupin followed the rest of the team making way out. As he exited the door, he turned and took another shot at the creature, then proceeded to lock the doors from the outside, one they were out he turned to the doctor*
 "What was that thing Doc?"

The Doctor, standing against the far wall and confronted by a glowing crab-like creature, acknowledges the crewman's entrance.

"Hello!  Have you met my new friend?  He's no Loxian, though I'm not sure who or what he is.  It seems he wants to kill me, though I hope you can persuade him otherwise.  I'll just duck out of the way... "  The Doctor jumps aside as the creature turns to look at Tom Lupin, closing the door to his bath suite and locking himself in.  

The creature glows a hot pink and begins to grow larger...

OFF: Note: There are no Loxians aboard the Skytoucher.  The Doctor is alone save for these two aliens who now appear joined in a composite creature with strange and unknown abilities.  Please refer to the main mission topic for details that concern this thread.

*Lupin aims and fires his phaser at the creature, then moving to a side wall, putting the phaser on a kill setting if stun did not stop it*

"We're going to need security or more hands down here, theres an unknown creature, a science officer may have a feild day with it"

*The ship started to shake again, indicating that the Loxians had completed their new battle formation in space and opened fire once more. Vakin knew that his time was running out, he needed to act quick. He looked around to make sure nobody was around, and began to work on the computer panel before him. After some minutes, the ship starts to shake heavily. Vakin runs out of sickbay and heads back to the bridge.*

OFF: but nobody knows this, or has the time to find out... yet

"Unknown.  I'm just glad you were able to rescue me.  Through a locked bathroom door at that- no mean feat!  Somehow I doubt that the creature is finished however- if it can go through solid matter it may not mind a phaser beam too much... "

OFF: Sorry for the sarcasm, but it was an amazing rescue, hahaha...

OFF: Amazing? Yes. Necessary? Also, yes. There's no reason why the tendrills might not continue to roam about the ship, but it's time to move things along. lol

*Walks in quickly to find the doctor and loxians standing in a corner*
"Halt there! back away from him!"
*Holds phaser to the loxian*

*Vakin looks around in sickbay, trying to find anything out of the ordinary. As he does so, he wanders off from the rest of the team, until he finds himself before a computer panel.*
