Yes, it needs to have its crew. The order to merge the crews is void. Unless each ship is way to undercrewed we should of course, merge them, but that needs to be pre-determined now.
The reason we didnt put you as full admiral is that an XO is not 100% needed since we have 2 CO's here. Mr. Fisher was made an Admiral because of his time with us, and it is most of all for his feild, engineering.

Titan right now is set as the XO of the Excalibur, theres no need to fly around switching. The London wont be good enough in a while, a month or more probally, The Venture many many many months, unless we have a spurt of crew join. Meaning I wouldn't hold my breath for the Venture to reopen anytime soon.
James, we will need to get the Venture a mission now for rolling off, it is as set as it will get, the Excaliburs affairs need setting in order before its mission, so I have ordered its remaining at DS20.
The Venture will probally need to serve a science mission first off now.
I beleave it would be best to merg the two into one and decommission the Venture until we get more crew. By the way, I am glad to see you back.
Indeed, since you guys dont have that much use of me would it be possible for me to command a ship so that I am not completly board? And sometimes have me involved with mission planning?
To be honest, if you want a more meaningful postion I would not be the division XO, since we don't really have need for one its just odd job assignments. I would do as Mr. Fisher, or Travis when he was here, and change to a feild of specialty. You would keep your rank, but have a certain thing to do.
For example, leading Nova Division Intelligence like Travis Did, or heading up some other organization in Nova. Who knows, it may get you a ship to go along with it.
Also, I would like to take a demotion to Commodore. Or if it is too low I will take Rear Admiral.
ok James, I have a mission idea that will interact the Excalibur and DS20, so you can work with the Venture's mission. Maybe we can work on a division joint mission.
I can see the sense in it, yes. But I want to first see whats up with the ships, who is where. I think though we may end up merging them. Lets see how the missions start off.

Thats way to high for the ship command, and as it is we are keeping the Venture decomissioned, we are going to try Captain Brodie a few more times to take command of the London when it is prepared which will be in some time.
i've contacted Marcus he's returning so it'll have a CO, we'll need to move the people to it from the Excalibur unless we want to merge the 2 with Brodie XO or CO
On question I have been wanting to ask is would it be to much trouble to give me a bump to full Admiral to balance out My command autority by being the divisions xo with Admiral Fishers authority. He does over rank me.

What would you want to do? There are several postions we can open for you to fill that are each able to be used, and aren't like all of the other postions

We are on the verge of some joint missions, we have one going to happen with Intel/FSS and I am proposing one with Omega Division. So you can command something going to either of those, FSS for sure, Omega I still need to talk with Fleet Admiral Karelia. The USS London may be in commision for some of these special missions, it is to be a Defiant Class ship.
for the sake of realism the information is restricted. Under Reeds request of course. He wants the full knowledge of whats going on to stay with the Fleet Admirals and Admirals and his trusted officers. It will be big i can say that much.
