There warp cores, The shield generators, the shield emitters, all the holo imaging equipment, the communications array, the internal sensors, the forward and aft sensors, the warp coils, the plasma conduits, the EPS power taps, the main power grid, the computer core, the main computer processor, the weapons array, six photon launchers, the main photon launcher at the froward of the ship, there are whole sections of the ship missing on decks twelve, thriteen, fourteen, fifteen, thrity one, thirty two, and twetny four. The whole forc field system is down, sick bay has been destroyed. As you will see in the report, thats only the highlights of whats wrong. Anyway, it will take eight to ten weeks to repair her and make her new again. I will talk to Lauridsen at Planitia and try to rush getting the warp cores here from earth in four weeks. If there is no other business gentleman, i am going to beam back to the Grace and begin working on preperations for work on this ship, and be calling some friends at Planitia to get us some new technology.

Captain,this ship will be released from dock when I say she is space worthy again, and not a moment before. I will not be held responsible for launching a ship that will endanger the lives of any starfleet or Federation personnel or people. On my watch these starships in this dock will be refit and repaired correctly. I anticipate her release for a shakedown cruise on November 12. Working away at the only station on the Bridge that hadn't been distroyed, Science I look over the logs and found someth perculiar.
Captain Sisko, What sort of officer has the ability to make Sensor logs look false sir. I only know that it is false sir because Fleet Captain Nesbitt just called to say that he is on his way with the tug sir and yet by the sensor logs he left on some sort of cloaked shuttle sir. I think it may have been a high ranking intel officer sir that stole the ship.
The Highest Rank of Commando We have though sir is a lt Cmdr Hansen,Sir. An expert onthe Tactical outputs of the Soverign class sir. He woud have been useful for shooting anything that came his way sir but he like the rest on the commando's are dead. Sensor logs definately show a shuttle craft leaving though, after we got here sir.

I have an idea, we need to find some one in section 31 and have them investigate whats going on with this red leader. I dont have any favors left to call in, i have used them all up. i owe more people facors in Strafleet now than can be imagined. Some on in Windsor has to know an officer in intel, that can infiltrate and investigate for us. Other than that, my only other suggestion is steal a cloaking device put it on one of our ships and follow the warp trail of the red leaader into Romulan space and investigate for ourselves, but where do we get a cloaking deevice. we cant go into romulant erritory if we can be seen, that would be suicide not to mention it probably give the romulans a reason to go to war with the Federation, and it would cause a intergalactic war. We just have to find the right person to help us investigate and leak us information.

Seven minutes later the windsor was just reaching safe distance from the explosion it happened and all space around was super heated as the warp cores exploded creating a super hot gas cloud.
Admiral, this is enigineering dont run the impulse engines any faster than 1/2 impulse. The dueterium tank is only a quarter full, and theres a leak in the main impulse drive. Also, one of the main impulse exhaust vents is clogged and running at 25% efficiency. I am heading to main deflector control to try and re-align it so we can actually make it home. Were beginning to get some sheering on the ships hull, and with thriteen sections missing its not a good thing. Sisko out.

Once we have the main power system in we have to check it through stress testing, and then we have to do a first time warp core power up which takes twelve hours. I am rushing as fast as we can. I can try for a week and half, but that will leave a lot of things not completed for the shakedown.

First off Captain, I was over fourty hours away when the ship was stolen. I had to run my engines past their limits to catch up. We did everything we could to taek the ship back with out firing a shot, but that wasnt possible.
Now, as to the ship being stolen.
A Starfleet Intelligence officer by the name of Admiral Hansen came aboard the station twelve days ago under an alius, and had some plastic surgery. I was able to call in a favor at Starfleet Security to find that out. My Friend at Securirty also said that he had discovered that they were taking the Windsor to steal information from the Romulans about a possible invasion and war with the Federation. He couldnt find out why they didnt try to use another ship. The motivation as to why the Windsor is still unclear. When his teams got onto the ship, they launched a computer virus that dumped all command codes and lock outs. It also wiped out the main computer cores memory. They re-loaded it, from a remote location onbaord the station and then re-wrote everything. They were able to over ride the space door control by kidnapping one of my docking control commanders torturing him for is door control codes, and then they killed him. We found him in the medical bays morgue. Then they stole this ship. He was using a sensor ghost, thats the other reason it took so long to find. Although we combatted that with tracking for an heated plasma trail from the enigines. When we attacked witht the Klingons, apparently according to internal sensors all of the commandos were killed in the fire fight. Hansen got away because he had violated the treaty of Alegeron and stole a klingon cloaking device and then installed it in a run-a-bout that was here on the ship, according to his personal logs he didnt erase. According to the Windsor's sensors he was cloaked before he left the shuttlebay. The grace began using the anti-cloak scan and we have plotted his course into romulan space afterlocating his warp trail.. As far as the ship goes:
both warp cores are being re-installed, but its going to take days to get them back running.
THis ship needs a full re-fit. IT CANT BE DONE in two or three weeks. It will take a full two months. We have sections that were destroyed nad jettisoned from the ship. There is numerous structral damages, and it just needs to be taken care of. I have foruteen teams standing by at SB 12 ready to work on her twenty four seven for the next two months. eveery system onthis ship will have to be replaced.so as sonn as shes towed home, she canget her re-fit. as far as Hansengoes, if we find him. He will be court marshalled, and sent to penal colony for his crimes.we cancontinue to track him, with out going into romulan space. if we let the romulans get him well never see hima gain they will just kill him, we have a btter chance of finding him andarresting him.

I think shell go another thirty hours, have the station send another ship docked at the station come out and help the grace tow us home. I am cutting us back to 1/4 impulse, and re-routing power to the deflector. Also, the leak in the deuterium tank is getting worse. If we can get another ship to help tow us home, i can re-route power to other systems.

*Sisko beamed over to the Windsor, directly to the bridge. The ship was in flames, the computer interfaces on the bridge were destroyed, every thingwas a wreck. Engineering and damagecontrol teams were beaming aboard the ship.*
Sisko to damage team 1, go the main computer core and dowload every thing and start analyzing it immedialtey. Damage control temas three thru five preaper to re-install the warp cores so we can reinitialize main power. Engineering teams 1, 2, and 3 get the impulse engines online, and get the fire supression systems back online. Sitgor, start a full scale investigation for an inquiry when we ever catch the joker who did this. I will be surveying the ship to have a re-fit list ready for starbase. Admiral Ransom will expect a full report in 30 hours. We have a lot of work to be done, lets get to it.
Mr.Nessbitt you know the Windsor is the fastest Ship in the fleet and the Harbour Grace could only go at Waro 9.5 and the time it took to catch the distance was three days .

sisko walked into enigineering cussing and sweraing at tht ship. He grabbed a set of tools and then went to the shuttle bay four, and began ripping panels off the shuttle Galileo.
Getting up I quickly move to the engineering Console and make the ajustment that Captain Sisko asked for before making my way back to Tactical.

After doing this the ride became somewhat smoother.
Shortly After hearing the Call from Captain Sisko I made my way to secondary enginnering with that and shortly after arriving the warp core was being moved into place and after about four hours the warp core was in place and the engineers were getting the clamps ready to hold it in place.

Well Captain,
Now that we have a reactor problem on board the station, this project will take an extra week probably just because we dont have unlimited power available for refit ops. It will be another six weeks due to the severity of damage to the ship. The primary warp core is installed but were having to retro fit the plasma transffer conduits. The secondary warp core gets installed today, but we are replacing all the deuterium storage tanks, and anti-matter storage pods. Therefore we wont be able to power up the warp cores. The four brand new computer cores are installed and as we speak they are installing the LCARS, and they are downloading the the Federation memory banks into the computer, and they are installing the proccesors as well. Were still waiting on components that cant be replicated to come from Planitia Utopia. So, it will be six weeks until she is ready for a shakedown and warp flight tests. I am truly sorry this is taking so long, but the ship was to the point of having to be scrapped had it gone much longer. If you need me i will be in the reactor core onboard the station taking care of that problem.
