"Tom, welcome back.  Yes I do have a special that you mike like.  Its from earth and I am not sure I have the name right but I know how to cook it, its called prime rib.  Don't ask me what it has to do with prime numbers but anyway.  A drink, how about some sorian brandy, it wll really take the edge off.  
So, what has you so stressed out Tom?  To much work?

Admiral's, Here are some refills for your drinks and here is an old earth appitizer called cheese sticks for you to enjoy.  
Personally I would love to see a sovergn class on the station.
