*Zayan asleep for some time, and a slightly growing stomach has regained her strength. She hears voices not to far from her. Zayan barely opens her eyes to see who it is. She then waits until the man leaves. Zayan makes a noise to get Ftma to come close to her. Once Ftma is in reach, Zayan jumps up and grabs her. She holds one of Ftma's arms behind her back and has a choke hold with the other hand.*
I don't want to hurt you or anyone else. It is just that I have to get off this ship now! I only need your help to get off the ship, then I will let you go. I need to get to Vontak Nor, my people are the only ones who can help me with this.... You will know soon enough from the tests that I am with child. You can come with me to Vontak Nor if you wish, once we get to the shuttle. The scientists and doctors of my people may know how to counteract the poisioning of your friend. OFF: Sorry I've been pretty busy over the past week and didn't get around to post at all... But where is everyone else too? lol. Now may be a good time for helm to announce our arrival at the borders of D.A. space.

Besides, as it was not expected that an AI could go rampant, he is tied very well into the system, and if he doesn't want out, he's not coming out. You must use your words to fix this problem, not your hydrospanner. I'm trying to make for an interesting plot, but I can't if you keep switching me off in a split second.)

It is about the crew, I can sense there is a lot of stress onboard the ship and because of this they are not functioning 100 %. Of course i have been asking here and there, and I think their problem is caused due to the fact they are feeling the danger of this encounter, but they are not aware of what we will do on this mission and what is expected from them. So captain if I may be so free to speak I think it would be wise if you talk to them, clear the air of questions they have. I know you cant answer all of their questions, but it might help them."

I have thought about it, and no I will not tell him about the child. It will only make him conserned about me instead of keeping his mind on the safty of this crew and his duties. That is not the reason why I must leave right now. Only the doctors of my people can save us both.
*Zayan looks at her desperately.*
I am dieing. It is something in our genetic make-up that causes this sickness that leads to death. It only happens when cross-breeding with some species.... evidently Human is among them. Our doctors are able to reverse the effects by inducing a chemical combination from special plants to the child.
*She sees the disturbed look on Ftma's face.*
It does not hurt the child, it only helps regulate the imbalance of the child's genetics that causes this sickness. It eventually stops the sickness from advancing to the death of the mother and child. But that only happens if the treatment is given as soon as the first signs of the sickness. If the treatment is given later, the child is.... impaired.... a mindless body.

*Legudon closes his eyes and begins pushing buttons on the panel. At first, nothing seems to happen, while the ship shudders under impact once more. Then, Legudon begins to hum slowly, and several lights on the control panel begin to flash erratically. Seconds later, a beam like that of the ship's phaser and yet different, appears on the viewscreen, being shot from the Evolution toward the Heraan ship. It keeps a constant beam on the Heraan ship for a few long seconds, and then suddenly... it explodes violently. Debris flies in all directions, and once it is clear that no part of the ship is intact, the ships behind it appear to cease fire, and seconds later turn around to flee as fast as they can. Many more seconds go by, until Legudon opens his eyes and removes his hands from the control panel. He nods at Omicros.*
"Thank you, Mr. Omicros. You have done well, though you may require a recovery rest now."
*Then he turns to Vorak and Sanchez.*
"The danger is avoided for now, and will not return immediately. The other ships have joined their body of Heraan and Na'jigat flight, to a location yet unknown to us. However, I still suggest not to waste time in returning to Avalon Station, where you will find your comrades awaiting you."
"Thank you, Mr. Omicros. You have done well, though you may require a recovery rest now."
*Then he turns to Vorak and Sanchez.*

This stress has grown stronger after their last mission. After talking with several of the crewmembers, she found out it was due to all the ignorance of all what happend and still happens, the crew became very nervous*

Hannah heard the biomonitors in the morgue go off. He rushed in to see Lieutenant Nonir's biosigns spiking. Hannah had left Nonir in the morgue, with the lieutenant's space set to continually monitor his life signs. For several months there had been nothing. Hannah checked the stats to see that Nonir was going into cardiac arrest. He immediately pulled the lieutenant out and moved him to the main infirmary. He attached a micropulse stimulator to the patient's chest and activated the pulse.

*Meanwhile in sickbay. All medical personel was running with medical supplies and making sure that every biobed was ready for wounded officers. After the ship had shuddered heavily, the red alert claxons blazed. Then after a few minutes, the first patients came in*
"I assume this is the beginning of a dramatic scenario, am I glad that we filled our stock of medical supplies at Avalon before we left. Now let's attend to the wounded, shall we"

A strange voice comes on the speaker, speaking words in an even stranger tongue.
"One moment. Translating."
The voice was deep and slightly ethereal. But the words were clear:
"We are the Heraan. Your extermination is our charge, as it is the will of the gods. We will rid the galaxy of the human infestation."
Durandal was silent for a moment. "Captain, their weapons are vastly superior to ours."
A strange voice comes on the speaker, speaking words in an even stranger tongue.

Slowly after the power down the bridge becomes dark, then lifesupport returns and the bridge runs on back up power it slowly gets worse then the call comes to the captain and power returns.

Ok here is the plan... The idea is that the ship suffers heavy damage. And I mean HEAVY damage, worse than ever before, but NOT entirely destroyed either (the idea is that it can still travel, though barely). The Gallifreyans will save us in the end and chase off the Na'jigat and Heraan.
Then, the Evolution will be returned to Avalon station, where the whole Evolution crew will receive the announcement that the ship will be decommissioned due to the extended damage to it and the age of the ship, and that the crew will be reassigned seperately to other ships...
BUT THIS WILL NOT REALLY HAPPEN!!! (the reassignment I mean). At that time, a situation will arise in where Sanchez will decide to steal the ship, and ask his crew to come with him to do it. This is Flag Admiral Vorak speaking. I would like to thank all those who have answered our distress call so swiftly, for your presence here at Avalon Station. It takes courage to stand at the frontline, facing an enemy that apparently cannot be defeated, but we cannot stand by and face our own destruction without defending ourselves.
The battle to come may appear hopeless, but it is not. The Gallifreyans have left us with valuable information regarding some weaknesses of the Na'jigat. Captain our warp field is colapsing sir. It won't be a problem but for the fact that we won't be able to travel at warp with the Part Nacelle damaged the way it is which lends us to a large disadvantage in escape Captain.

"Captain Sanchez, finally we meet again, although not in person. I've received word that SS Avalon and it's fleet have been attacked? I hope casualties were light! I would have sent ships to assist, but my Intel information in that part of Space is not that accurate.
But rude this may sound, this wasn't the reason for this message. The reason I'm contacting you, is because not everything in this part of space is going as planned. I thought you were the man I had to contact as someone who is close to you is involved.
I'll start at the beginning; A couple of weeks ago Zayan received intel information, that told us that the Loxian Government was becoming weak, and vulnerable to attacks. She therefor managed to launch a massive attack on Loxius to try and overthrow the Loxian Government. The Exiles managed to cripple the Government's defences, but just yesterday they made a huge counterattack. The battle has completely shifted sides, and we are not standing at the victorious one. Last intel information told us that only 6 of the 15 Exile Starships made it from the Loxian homeworld and hundred's of Exiles are captured and awaiting trial at Loxius. Although we all now that a trial on Loxius, always means a punishment according to the commited crime. That means hundred's of Exiles will be executed because of their actions against the Goverment."

"Captain Sanchez, finally we meet again, although not in person. I've received word that SS Avalon and it's fleet have been attacked? I hope casualties were light! I would have sent ships to assist, but my Intel information in that part of Space is not that accurate.
But rude this may sound, this wasn't the reason for this message. The reason I'm contacting you, is because not everything in this part of space is going as planned. I thought you were the man I had to contact as someone who is close to you is involved.
I'll start at the beginning; A couple of weeks ago Zayan received intel information, that told us that the Loxian Government was becoming weak, and vulnerable to attacks. She therefor managed to launch a massive attack on Loxius to try and overthrow the Loxian Government. The Exiles managed to cripple the Government's defences, but just yesterday they made a huge counterattack. The battle has completely shifted sides, and we are not standing at the victorious one. Last intel information told us that only 6 of the 15 Exile Starships made it from the Loxian homeworld and hundred's of Exiles are captured and awaiting trial at Loxius. Although we all now that a trial on Loxius, always means a punishment according to the commited crime. That means hundred's of Exiles will be executed because of their actions against the Goverment."
*Marcet stops and grabs one of the padd laying in front of him*
"And among these Loxian Exiles, we have Zayan. She has also been captured and will be on trial somewhere next week.
I hope you understand the importance of this information, if we ever want the Loxian Goverment to be overthrown we need to do it now. They are weak Captain, that's why we launched an attack. We are still curious as to where their additional ships and soldiers came from, but we are convinced that the time has come, to let the Exiles return to Loxius and live without fear of their corrupt Government."

Captain Congratulations on your promotion sir. I know I haven't been on the ship very long sir but can they just refuse to repair a ship. especially in the delta quadrent sir. I mean this is the most important area of starfleets space sir. I mean between this space and the alpha quadrent sir is that tranwarp gate sir. We would be distroyed and completely crushed if we lost this space and this ship is to necessary to keep it sir.

*The battle becomes more fierce than ever... The Heraan and Na'jigat continue to attack from every corner and the Gallifreyans are no longer strong enough to fight them all... Sentinels such as Taurik do their best as well, but also see they are losing field... All the Starfleet ships continue to fight on the frontlines, but suffer heavy damage and many losses. Several ships had been exploded, and many more Starfleet officers have been killed in the battle... On the viewscreen at ops on Avalon Station, the admirals watch powerless how the battle is turning more and more into their disadvantage, how their fine officers are sacrificing themselves on the frontlines while there is not even the slightest hope for victory... Defeat is apparent, and utter destruction seems unavoidable. Jon began to walk to his duty post, as ordered, he was not feeling at 100%, or even at 50% strength, but he wanted to see the mission through. He knew that he had never left a mission until it was over.
He was about half way to his post, when he just collapsed on the bridge. He uttered the words, "Heh, guess I won't see the end of this one... get me... to my... quart...erssss... plea...sss", then he fainted.

Jon placed his hand on the Gallifreyan's arm. As he did he concetrated on focusing his power into the Gallifreyan. All he could do was wait to be drained, wait for this ordeal, this right of passage -if you will- to be over. Only then could he be confident that he would serve this ship well. It was his first Starfleet Battle. Sure he had battle experiance, but that was as a mercenery. He was still uncertain of his abilities to serve under such a strict command.
