*Sanchez looks up from his seat as he hears this message, and frowns.*
"This doesn't sound good. Not at all!"
*Then he taps his combadge.*

This is the captain speaking. Everyone return to your posts immediately! I repeat, take your stations at once! Yellow alert, all decks, we have a ship in distress! Prepare to disembark! I repeat, yellow alert!

*Then he leans back in his chair and sighs.*
"So much for a visit to Avalon Station."

*Dalon sarts workin on his station, entering multiple commands as fast as he can*

"We need repair teams down there!"

After the last word, Kelli's console explodes. She is able to get up. She transfers the Mission Ops console to Tactical Control.

"Shields at 46%!"

"Well, let's check out the available information on why the U.S.S. Skytoucher went into the Dark Passage... something to do with the Loxians, isn't it?"
*Sanchez sighs and frowns.*
"I will never forget our first... and last encounter with the Loxians. Wretched species! The Evolution had been nearly destroyed, and they kidnapped me, Dr. Keilah and Lt. Marou who used to serve aboard here. It was a mere chance that we escaped them alive, thanks to the help of the Cardassians.  Loxians... bah! They're savages."

[Loxians]

*The formation of the Loxian fleet is scattered as the impact results into a delayed explosion of one of the ships. But soon, the ships get back in position and close in. One of the ships manages to fire a hit beyond the Evolution onto the Skytoucher. Then the other ships open fire on the Evolution once more, shaking the ship back and forth.*

Our communication systems seem to be in a pretty good shape down here, so it seems. But with the Dark Passage interference, I doubt it's possible to simply get a transmission sent through over such a large distance. But perhaps, if we link the comm arrays of the Evolution and the station, we can boost up the signal, and make a small chance of the message getting through.

*Sanchez sighs.*
"Not even a drink at Celtic Corner, indeed. Oh well, maybe next time. Worse is that we won't even be here to see the official launch of the Rivendell. And to say Taurik is on there now."
*Sanchez sighs again.*
"Helm, set course for the Dark Passage, maximum warp as soon as we've cleared the station's docking bays. Get the ship out, half impulse power."

"Ah nothing in particular... Just recently assigned to the Evolution... Been so busy down in Engineering that i haven't had time to meet the Captain yet.."

Jackson's fingers dance across the science station's controls.

Sir, I can eject the core from here. If Commander Lauren turns the ship another 10 degrees starboard, it'll head straight for the main Loxian ship. When it blows, it should do some damage.
