New Command

As of today i will be assuming command of Intelliegence. I have accepted the position although will still keep the FSS running as well. Although now they will be closer than before. I intend to use my years in this division to help its progression and hope that by this change more organization can be brought to Intelligences missions.

I hope you do a better job then I did, but remember FSS isnt part of Intel, Intel is totally different from what your used to running as FSS.  I hope you know the difference :P.
