Morgan Phallow: Welcome to Expansionfleet and also to the Delta Quadrant Intelligence Division. There are a number of great positions to choose from and if you would like to start easier you may. So, I might suggest you report to the Blackfire and ask Commander Salen for an assistants position. He might know where it would be best for you.  For now I will make you an ensign. So you may take the FSS ensign rank avatar.
