Breifing Room

"I've got a little to add to that, if I may, General? Colonel Balkazar, it will also answer your question. In my last encounter with the Heraan, I noticed what has been said, energy weapons completely ineffective against the Heraani armor. Well, I may have found a way around that."

Raynor removes a rifle from his pack and tosses it to Powell.

It'll weaken the Heraani shields without any of the side effects of energy weapons. The design's based somewhat off the Type III Phaser Rifle, mostly in the stock and butt area. It's also got a status display with ammo count and compass on the raised scope area. Speaking of scopes, I've designed it to tie into the HUD eyepieces on our helmets, so you can get ammo count and a digital zoom if you'd like. Just like the Type III."

Raynor pulls out a magazine for it and removes a single shell.

"Only it fires these 7.62 millimeter rounds, instead of energy blasts."

"Dont worry, Dolan.  We marines may put on a tough look on things and we can seem like mindless uncaring killing machines, however, we are far from it." Balkazar told Dolan totally disregarding and almost ignoring Yates in the process.

"Mr Keller, Im staying, you have no authority over us, Comm one has no authority, no one has authority over us, and if you think for one second! you can order us around you are sadly mistaken, I have 2 cloaked vessels in your system and if anything should happen to us or you make us mad bye forcing us out of something that we think we should be here for, they have orders to do a small lil occupation on this base if im not heard from in 1 hour, so why dont you take your little meat bag butt and sit down and await your commanders briefing, Got it!.  We will stay here if we wish, because we belong to this base as much as you do, it is under my protection, meaning anything happens on or around this planet I will know about it.  So you can either accept my help or strut around like your the boss of everyone which you are NOT!.  Also dont try any of your marine tactics with us, we know your tactics, we know what each of your base personel is capable of, infact, you cant do ANYTHING! to us unless you have permission.  So in a way, you cant touch us.  But you could try and fail our bodies have been upgraded to resist certian factors you could use.  So dont bother." HK47 said in a computerized voice that would make even an Admiral back down.

"Also, Mr Keller the next time your base falls under attack we wont come when your base calls.  I lost several droid fighters to defend your base, I even lost more on your base, so I have every humanly right to be here.  If we so choose."

[Jim Raynor]

Captain Raynor enters the briefing room, followed closely by Major Keller. Both take their seats next to one another on a side of the table.

[AK Dutton]

Dutton Walks in and stands at the end of the room. Waiting for anything to happen.

[Mike Powell]

"Yes you may be guest but that is no exception to my or any other marine officers authority. You will do as I say and if not then you will be removed. I do not want to hear another word from you Alexia or you too can leave. As for HK I want him off this base imediatly and if he refuses then further actions will be taken. I am not going to deal with your bullsh*t. Do I make myself clear?"

[Balkazar]

*Balkazar was sitting at his seat reveiwing the slides and the information until he came upon the slide of a mechanized battle suit.  He vaguely reading reports of a power suit of armor but didnt think it was in production but had to ask the question*

"Excuse me, General.  I was just looking over the logs and such of the breifing and such, and well, im curious as to why you have a suit of powered armor here ?"

[Mike Powell]

*powell enters and sees that the room was as it was exactly before they left. He powers up the monitor and the image of the new battle armor is seen on the view screen.*

"I told you, Patrick.  Starfleet are never punctual.  Also looks like a lil ensign got lost." Balkazar said with some amusement.

*Kawolsky entered the Briefing Room*

"Captain Raynor, I don't believe we have met?"

*Kawolsky extended his hand to shake Raynor's*

[Mike Powell]

*Powell enters the Room and wlaks up to the front of the room and looks up to the rows of tables that resembled what a collage class room from the 21st century would look like with out the LCARS Display screens for each seat. He stands at the podeum and starts to upload all the info he needs fro his breifing.*



OCC: Okay, I am restarting the breifing so once again everyone report in.

OCC: Yes Sir, I'am.

[Alexia]

*Alexia stands up and stands next to HK47*

"Next time we meet, be prepared because this lack of respect will NOT! be tolerated bye any of my people.  Because if your on our base we will show you the EXACT! same disrespect that you shown us, But remember General, we will be watching."

*Then in an Aura of white light they disappear, then several ships of odd configuration decloaks and enters hyperspace*
