Sir,this will new program will have members of the most highly trianed officers in starfleet on this station it will have two sections the first section will have a 50 member normal secutity officers but the second section will be highly trianed these officers will be able to take any postion and be hight trianed in hand to hand combat engineing medical and ops they we be able to borad a other vessal the be able to hack into any computer system and get infomation to help the federation and have a lot og 0-g training and 0-g combat and the deployment on the station will be with site to site trasporters and personal cloaking devices and the most powerful phasers aviable to them.there commander will report directly to you and there will be a chief of security in chare of the station security this is a 200 personal team and if this work for the Kennady Station i would like to have 10 member teams on all starships in alpha fleet the name for the team is JTF "Joint task force"
