Jack looked at his board in an attempt to awnser the Commanders question.

"Yes sir, as far as I can tell we are all set."

He looks at Kassie for comformation of what he had just said.

Jack sits at the helm saying a quick thanks to the officer that had vacated the seat and preps the helm for his first battle. He had thought that he would just be mostly sitting there while the people with mental powers did most of the work but the arival of the ships mibht just give him some action after all.

off: Hi I was told to post here as helm officer for my training untill november 11th about just so you know. Name Cadet Jack Whillis.

ON:
Jack walks on the bridge after just beaming over from the academy and walks to the captain.

"Cadet Jack Whillis reporting for helm duties sir"

Moves to tkake the helm and await further orders.

I was not revruited from any division sir. As to where I plan to go, I have not really decided quite yet. So far I have thought about the new Vangaurd division the most. It seems to have the most need for officers. Not sure about the other divisions or ships.

I have a slight problem sir. I have posted in the reporting in area on the revindell but noone is responding. I also sent PM to the captin. I was not sure if I should just post in the sim or what.

First I would inform the captain of the situation and unless he told me to hold my course, I would take evasive manuevers if the defence systems open fire, Probly go to full impulse and pull away out of range. This is, of course, if the CO doesn't give me other orders that contradict what I plan to do, Sir.

Well sir, I am not sure what you mean. Do you want me to list Warp 1 to warp 9.9999, or do you want me to put in how many times the speed of light it is?

ooc: I almost wish i did engineering, but Yay someone is teaching me.
