I know that I'm cadet butt I'm a logical cadet with plans for the future.
For several years I wanted to build a piece of technology that can make a differences.
The warp core is a special peace of technology.
The warp core uses a Containment field that can fail.
Butt thanks to borg technology I found away to make a new kind of Containment field.
This Containment uses only 25% of the power the old on used.
The device is called Cybernetic Containment Generator.
I'm a diplomat and not a engineer butt I made some specs and some test models on the holodeck.
There is a copy of the specs and the holodeck programs.
