(just to let everyone know i won't be able to do anything until October 25th. For several reasons)

I don't know what Section 31 has to do with anything really and i intend to meet with a friend from that walk to put it to rest. I want a message sent to Avalon Station directly telling them we need repair teams and some sort of tow asap. I think we have faster chance waiting for them than risking moving ourselves. Although i am no engineer by any means. If thier is a way that is not risky we can try it."

"Get me a channel to Starfleet Command at Avalon Station. Inform any vessels near us we need assistance."
