We will order every officer aboard the station to undergo a manditory psych evaluation. Nothing punishing, simply to make sure that they are all compitent in their duty.
As a counsellor you must evaluate their psychological state and write a short report describing any problems you see. If you find that they are not fit for duty you will report that and we will make a formal request to Admiral Nocturnus, Admiral Montrell, or Admiral Vorak to have that officer tested or held somewhere for processing.
OFF: Just a suggestion
This is about all I have to tell.
I believe there were several cadets but since Major Franks disappeared they have been left without an active leader.
as long as there is activity at the academy then I think people will want to join the academy.
(below is a suggestion)
Also, there should be a certain amount of turnout for the academy. As soon as you get 3 or more active cadets you should begin your classes in order, perhaps not too many classes at a time like Major Franks did.
these are just my simple suggestions and should not be taken literally unless wanted.
If there is anything I can help you with just ask. Good Luck
Good day sir,
First of all I would like to apologize for my abscence the last few months. I have been very busy with school, so I haven't had many time to visit the academy. But now I'm back and I will spend more time on the maintanance of the academy and the recruiting of new cadets.
Since I have been gone, a lot has happened in the academy, so I will now give you a status report:
Crew:
CO: Fleet Captain Eugene Archer
XO: Commander Bill Davies
Teaching Crew:
Tuvix: allround teacher
Clyde Eastwood: Marine Instructor and JAG instructor
Mordac: Survival Training Instructor
Cadets:
Forest Night
Allen West
As you can see, I have enough teachers, but not that many students, so my first priority is to find new cadets. Besides that, I will also have one of my teachers to instruct the current cadets in starfleet basics. I myself will probably act as a teacher sometimes as well.
I think I've informed you enough about the current status at Deep Space Academy for now. I hope you're not to angry with me about my unannounced abscence.
