"12 minutes, indeed. We have little time to act."
*He taps a button to open a channel to the Skytoucher, Rivendell and Venture, as well as the Tiberon who is soon to arrive at Avalon Station.*

This is flag admiral Vorak speaking. The Loxian fleet is now only 12 minutes away from the station. Their fleet consists 200 ships, of which some are as large or even larger then our own starships. Their strength is more then anticipated, so we will have to use strategy to win this battle. Avalon Station has raised its shields, and no beaming in or out can take place as of this moment. U.S.S. Skytoucher, I am aware that captain Skon is still on board the station, but there is no time now. Commander Rasmain will temporarily assume command of the ship. The Skytoucher will, together with the U.S.S. Rivendell, withdraw into the Expansion Nebula as discussed at the briefing. You will form the element of surprise. The U.S.S. Venture will stand ready at the frontline before the station. When the Tiberon arrives, it can take the rear of the Loxian fleet. When the Skytoucher and Rivendell appear out of the nebula, they can take either side of the Loxian fleet, at which point we will have surrounded them. Proceed to your positions, and... good luck.

OCC: Admioral Vrak, I also sending a ship to help out. It sould be there in about 12 hours. I will be commanding it.

*an intrepid class ship drops out of warp and manuvers itself to the rear of the loxian ships, unloading shots upon them, catching 'em in the rear...*

*The battle seems to be progressing slightly well but soon the sensors aboard the station starts to see the newyork divide into 3 section and one of the sections starts to go towards avalon station and takes up a defensive position near avalon and theres an incoming transmission from Simon*

Admiral.....We needed more ships so I Divided mine.....The ship thats near you now will stay near teh station to defend it......Skytoucher should be up and running soon..........One of the sections will stay near the skytoucher and divert fire off your ship........then Ill take on the rest of the enemy ships as planned.......End Transmission*

*Vorak raises his eyebrow and ponders on this.*
"What would getting control over that device gain us?"

*Vorak enters the ops room of the station, and notices everyone is busy preparing everything for the upcoming battle.*
"Status report?"

"Scanning, sir. Nothing on sensors yet... Wait!"
*His console beeps, and he taps some buttons.*
"Refining sensor scan... yes, I am picking up warp signatures now. Several, in fact... At current speed, they will reach our location in approximately 12 minutes."

"Yes Sir!"

*Hedford accesed the communications-array and sent out a message on all frequencies*

"We demand you to stop this attack at once! We are to know why you are attacking us! There might be an option of agreement and this will be reached by "talking"! I say again 'Stop this attack at ONCE!' Or many casualties will be the result!"

As numerous Loxian corvettes, cruisers, and destroyers surrounded and pummelled the Starfleet station and it's defenders, the U.S.S. Tiberon began spooling down it's warp drive to assist in the battle. A hail came through for all Starfleet units in the area:

=/\= This is Captain Karelia of the Starship Tiberon. Our ETA is 30 seconds. Hope you haven't started the party without us... =/\=

Moments later, the large Akira Class destroyer dropped out of subspace, passing mere meters from the bow of the heavily damaged Skytoucher and immediately began opening up all weapons banks on the Loxian vessels.

Kayla: General get away from your conso..

Mikes console erupted sending Mike flying into a bulkhead.Mike was uncounsious and wasnt moving.

Chris: Full fore assult. Fire........

Katorlian PO: Aye sir. firing all weapons on the ships.

Chris hurrys over to Mike and trys to clam him down with a telepathic link.

Mike, clam down. Everything is all right. Please clam dowm.

Bridge

Another hit came close to the bridge and more consoles burst into flames.

=/-\= Bridge to Medical teams. We need assistance on the bridge. Hurry. =/-\=

Chris tenses and is over come with a lot of emotions. I place both of my hands on where General Ledwith is injuried and light starts to apper around his injury going away. Chris get up.

Chris: GS Conell, open a channel to all ships in this battle.

Conell: Chaneel open.

=/-\= This is Ft. Admiral Christopher Blaisdell onboard the Katorlian Heavy Cruiser Alpha41 to all Loxian vessel in this area. Stand down your weapons and surrender. I am prepared to use a very powerful weapons in 2 minutes unless you surrender. Blaisdell out. =/-\=

The bridge crew of starfleet personnel looks at Chris, but the Katorlians know what Chris means.

Chris: Mr. COnell, charge up the Transplasma burst beam. Devirt power from the vortex enges and transwarp engines to the shields immediately.

"Beam me over to the U.S.S. Skytoucher. The Loxian device should still be there. It is that device that betrayed the location of your ships and station, to the Loxian Government, and all the access codes of that ship. It is how the Loxians managed to take over control over the U.S.S. Skytoucher with remote access. It is a magnificent device in many ways. It is designed to be used by Loxians only. When a non-Loxian uses it, it acts as if it is obeying, but in fact it is sending signals with coordinates and all access codes it can find, to the Loxian homeworld. However, there is one flaw to the device. As it can only be used by Loxians, it means it can be used by ALL Loxians. Including the enemy of the Loxian Government, of which I I believe I can now count myself a part. I would be able to activate the device, and gain full control over it."

*checks sensors*

all ships are granted to dock

*A somewhat humanoid looking Droid turns around from a console in ops, and faces Vorak.*
"Admiral Vorak, this is Comm One reporting for duty, sir. The Klingon battleship has undocked and set course for the likely location of the Loxian fleet. The U.S.S. Venture has just arrived, and the U.S.S. Tiberon is under way as well. The U.S.S. Skytoucher and U.S.S. Rivendell are quite ready to engage the enemy."

*Vorak hears the transmission and frowns.*
"200 ships... the largest ones as large as our own starships, and the flagship is even five times bigger. This may be more then we had prepared for. Scan the sector for activity."

(OFF: I didn't know Vulcans yelled...)

*The turbolift doors slide open, and the Droid enters the ops room with someone at his side... Instantly, some security guards aim at the person next to him. It is Kowan, the Loxian that had been imprisoned at Avalon station all this time, since he was captured by the U.S.S. Skytoucher some time ago...*
"Admiral, I believe you remember Mr. Kowan, who was in command of the Loxian Government ship that attacked and destroyed the ship of Generals Zentox and Zayan, and thereafter attacked the U.S.S. Skytoucher as well, according to your logs. Mr. Kowan claims that he can be of aid to you in this battle against the Loxian Government."

"Or this may be an attempt to escape your custody and rejoin yourself with the Loxian Government, as you are on a ship in chaos. That would turn the odds against us."

*Vorak raises an eyebrow when he sees Comm One.*
"First a Q in my office, and now a Droid in my ops. Fascinating. Mr. Comm One, I do not recall seeing you here before, and I notice you do not wear a Starfleet uniform either. State your purpose here."

There are 200 Targh Hunters.  Of the Targh Hunters there are two Large Warriors, and One Giant Warrior who leads the Hunt.  The Large Warriors are as big as the Largest Prey.  The Giant Warrior is about five times the Largest Prey.  They are splitting the Hunting party into three Houses.  The Prey is frail, but it always has a Plan to survive.

*the veiw screen comes on and they see a human thats probly in his 40s or 50s.......*

Admiral Vorak........This is Simon Rajnus of the newyork B sent bye Alpha fleet to assist you in the defense of the station.............Will you require any assistence........?..........

*Vorak turns around to face Comm One and Kowan, lifting up his hand to signal the guards to hold their fire.*
"Most fascinating. Mr. Kowan, one thing puzzles me. Why would you assist us in a battle against your very own people?"

"Control over the U.S.S. Skytoucher would be regained, of course. But there is more, I could also use the device to take control over the Loxian flagship. This would dramatically turn the odds of the battle into your favor, admiral."

"I am Sub-Chief Comm One of the A.S.C. Revox, I am an officer of the Delta Alliance. I was assigned to this station because of an officer exchange program. I have simply not been on active duty in ops itself, until now, admiral."

*At a steady speed, the Loxian Government fleet sets course toward the location of Avalon Station, unaware of the Klingon battleship hiding in their ion wake. On board the flagship, the largest of all, many Loxian officers are busily preparing for battle, as the Loxian Prime Commander stands on the bridge, waiting...*
Officer: "Prime Commander, we are arriving at Avalon Station!"
Prime Commander: "Put it on screen!"
*The viewscreen shows Avalon Station, in orbit around a planet nearby the vast Expansion Nebula.*
Prime Commander: "So the signals from the device of our spy did not lie. This is where our people are being held, no doubt! Kowan, Vakin, Varnek... We must find them, and silence them! Enough damage has been done, and it is time to avenge it! Signal all ships to drop out of warp!"
Officer: "Yes, prime commander!"
*In an instant, a large fleet of various different ships comes to full stop in front of Avalon Station...*
Prime Commander: "So it has come to it at last! Scan their defences!"
Officer: "The station's weapon and defence systems are armed and targetted, sir! Apart from the station, I can only scan one ship, right in front of it."
Prime Commander: "One ship, and one station... that's all? This will not be a long battle! Signal to the first squadron to line up in front of the station and their pity ship!"
Officer: "Aye, sir! Sending orders now!"
*Instantly, several smaller but still powerful ships form a line in front of the flagship, facing Avalon Station and the U.S.S. Venture. On board the bridge, the Prime Commander keeps looking at the viewscreen, when his second-in-command approaches him.*
"Prime Commander, may I remind you that we emptied the entire army system of Loxius, for just this cause alone? We could have handled it with far less ships, without having to leave our homeworld vulnerable."
Prime Commander: "Vulnerable for what? The Loxian Exiles? They are scared, hiding in that Cardassian station! But when we were there last, we fought a wary battle, with an entire fleet against only two of their ships, and their Cardassian station. Still we lost! And why? I'll tell you why! I have no idea why! They must have unleashed some weapon that just 'ate' our ships alive, something of a power cloud, I have no idea what it is. No, I will not make the same mistake twice, I will not underestamate them again. These Starfleet people are tricky, but this time I am prepared for them, and I will not return to Loxius until they are utterly crushed, so that there will not be spoken of them in the Delta Quadrant again! Is that understood?"
*The second-in-command nods and steps back, as another officer announces that the first squadron is ready at the frontline.*
"Good, very good. Signal all ships to open fire at my command! Three... two... one... FIRE!"
*Instantly, the frontline ships open fire at the Venture and Avalon Station. The battle has begun...*

OCC:Never mind, I posted the needed information, they will be arriving about mid battle, maybe befor.

*walks onto the bridge and walks up to Montrell and slautes him* Sir i'm here as part of J.A.G. Sir if you need my help with anything just let me know.

*On the Kahless, Kha'Var begins to pace.*

"Send in some small fighters after those 8 damaged ships."

"Right away!"

*20 fighters are launched and head for the damaged Loxian vessels.*

"So, they chose to ignore us do they?!  We are not a mere fly to be brushed aside or ignored.  Begin firing on the flagship!  We will scratch their belly with a red poker."

"All weapons are locked and targeted at the ship above us."

"Fire at will!  They will think us weaklings no longer!"

*The Kahless fires a heavy barrage against the underside of the Loxian flag ship.*

"My lady, our weapons  have weakened the shielding.  Their hull is about to be breached."

"The fighters are responding.  All 8 ships have been eliminated.  6 of our fighters are destroyed,  3 severely damaged.  They are requesting further orders."

"Tell them that they fight well, and we will honour their comrades in our memories.  There will be many songs of this battle.  Their orders are to track down any damaged Loxian vessels and disable or destroy them!"

"Transmission sent captain."

*Just then the hull of the Loxian flag ship breaches.*

"Commander!  We are under attack by 30 small Loxian vessels.  What are your orders?"

"Let's lead them on a merry chase through their own lines!  Evasive manoeuvres."

*The Kahless shutters and shakes from several different impacts.*

"Taking evasive action."

*The ship weaves between the lines of the Loxian fleet.  Trying to avoid the enemies weapon fire, the helmsman takes the Kahless closer to the other Loxian ships.  Some of the Loxian vessels are hit by friendly fire, 10 are damaged, 6 are disabled and 12 small ships are destroyed.  On the bridge of the Kahless, panels are exploding and crewmen are tossed about and some are injured or killed.*

"My lady, we are taking some heavy damage.  Hull integrity is failing on 20 decks!"

"Evacuate those decks and revert power from them to the shields and weapons!  Get these dead ones off my bridge!  Helm, take us closer to the Loxian ships!  I don't care if we start bouncing off their shields!  Just do it!"

*Helm takes the ship even closer to the Loxian vessels.  The Kahless gets too close and bounces off the shields of one of the larger ships.  The impact sends the ship careening deeper into the Loxian fleet.  The ship that the Kahless bounced off of is pushed into a group of smaller ships.  There is an explosion as the ships collided, 35 are engulfed in the explosion—no survivors.*

*The prime commander stood at the bridge of the flagship and looked with disgust at the viewscreen, displaying the battle. Another officer approaches him.*
"Sir, the battle is not progressing exactly as planned. Half our fleet is disabled or destroyed, and this ship had suffered some damage too. Starfleet has apparently received some reinforcements of other ships."
Prime Commander: "Then repair the damage to our ship! Those ships that were destroyed, suffered this fate because they were obviously too weak! It is only what they deserved! We still have 88 operational ships, which is far more then what Starfleet has come up with."
"But prime commander, their ships are..."
Prime Commander: "I don't want to hear it! Activate the ship's engines, we're pushing through the lines to attack Avalon Station itself! Prepare teams to board the station. If we can criple their station, where their attacks are apparently being coordinated from, then they will be in chaos."
"But sir..."
Prime Commander: "DO IT!"
"Yes sir..."
*The large flagship begins moving closer to Avalon Station.*

"Acknowledged New york."

*the ares recieves the coordinates and starts to pummel the flagship there...*

"I see. But according to Federation law, your decision now does not necessarely set you free from your custody. Mr. Varnek was released because he killed a Loxian, not a Starfleet officer. You, on the other hand, were found guilty with substantial evidence for immediately attacking a Federation starship on a peaceful mission."

"Very well, I believe it is a reasonable risk to take. You have my permission to beam over to the U.S.S. Skytoucher right now. I cannot warn them of your coming, however, as it is too risky that the message may be intercepted by other Loxians, which would end the plan before it has begun."

A garbled communication comes through the Ops comm system.

*Vorak takes a better look at the Droid, and remembers him from the first negotiations with the Delta Alliance at Omega Station about a year ago.*
"Very well. Carry on, and inform me as soon as sensor pick up any Loxian ships or large fleet activity."

"Ms. Janeway, target weapons at any ships that pass by the U.S.S. Venture and prepare to fire at my command. Mr. Hedford, attempt to hail the Loxian ships and tell them to stand down fire at once!"

*In OPS, Hedford had activated the thoronfield and was watching the viewscreen*

"Isn't that the Skytoucher? *Hedford was pointing at one of the ships that was flying above the Rivendell and Venture." *Hedford magnified the specific place in space, and everyone could see that the Skytoucher had turned against it's allies!*

"Have the Loxians gain control of the Skytoucher? We have not received a distress signal nor have...wait sir...it..it seems that the ship's selfdestruct system has been activated!"

*USS NEW YORK B EVENTS*

The New York B soon enters the battle and is taking damage but they soon make a loop around the station and starts to combat the Loxians. Soon after the ther assualt they move on to attack the flag ship.

They approuch the ship and fire a full spread of photon torpedos in the same spot the Kahless was concentraiting on. ther is an explossion and a number of decks expload and can be viewed on all the view screens.

But soon after about 56 ships counter assualt the New York. Engines are disabled and they are now floating uncontrolably threw the Loxian lines.

The ship bounce off a number of ships and soon re-gains Impulse and tries to escape the loxian attack on the ship.

The ship recievs massive damage and it cannot know seperat into three. There are also several hull breachs on decks 5-9. Other decks a loosing integrity.

*With the battle displayed on the Ares view screen commander malcolm notices the main ship heading towards avalon*

*thinking quickley the commander orders an increase in speed,trying to beat the ship to the station, it focuses all of its firepower on it*

*the Ares and Avalon stations sensors are picking up the USS Newyork B heading towards them at full impulse and places them between teh station and the flag ship....*

*Contacts the aries and avalon*

This is Simon Rajnus of the newyork.....Fire all weapons on there power matrix at these coodinates.....*sends the firing coodinates to the aries and avalon*.....They seem to be a weak point there.....Take out there power and there finished dead in the water for a short period of time......

*the Newyork B starts firing all weapons and torpedoes on the coodinates of the flag ship......Aiming for there power generators......*

OFF: just make sure not to destroy the large ship. At least, not until the battle is about to end. The Prime Commander is supposed to escape alive, if necessary by transporting to another smaller ship that can take him back to the Loxian homeworld. The idea is though, that in the end, the fleet is pretty much obliterated and only a few defeated and damaged forces remain to limp home.

"Admiral Vorak, I have done medical scans on him to determine if he is speaking the truth or not. I have determined that he is sincere in his words and intentions. I believe it would be illogical to turn down his assistance, which may prove more than vital in the current state of war."

*Comm One steps forward.*
"Admiral, I volunteer to stand responsible for Mr. Kowan. I will beam over with him to the Skytoucher and guard him for two reasons: that he will not be killed by others who mistake him for a Loxian invader, and that he will not escape his promise."

Shortly thereafter:

=/\= U.S.S. Rivendell to Avalon Station. We request clearance for two docking spaces. We cannot re-integrate and need to dock separately. =/\=

*Stands down his team of men and makes his way to Voraks office to see if he can do anything more before heading back to his headquarters to await all the cases he knows will come of this battle*

*minutes later Eastwood is standing in front of Voraks office door* awaitin the Admiral to invite him in*

*enters operations and takes het station*

*Hedford was standing besides Admiral Vorak and Detrell and had overheared the question of the Admiral. He then quickly whispered*

"200 ships Admiral, 200 bloody ships! I hope you have spair parts at hand, because we will need them!"

OCC: Vorak, I have a open ship that would like to participat. Could you post the mission info on the New York B Board at alpha please?

*While looking at one of the consoles, Montrell sais to Admiral Vorak*

"The Rivendell and Skytoucher have emerged from their hidingplaces and are attacking the Loxian fleet. They are destroying several small fighters, but are evading the large battlecruisers. They have chosen a logical battle-plan."

*Montrell then turns to Admiral Vorak*

"If the Loxians keep on fighting and will not consider an agreement, we must coordinate a plan to take out those cruisers first or very quickly. Those ships contain the most soldiers which will be used as boardingparties when our shields are partly down!. We do have the thoronfield, so they are not able to scan our forces nor can they scan our firepower. We may take advantage at that point....*Montrell thinks*"

"This is Commander Malcolm of the U.S.S. Ares, we seem to be having some engineering and technical difficulties with the ares...,but, as soon as they are fixed we will be there to aid you.

OFF: The Ares will help you as soon as possible, we've been having..."posting" problems...the former crew(except me, and the capt.) has gone awol, we've gained three new people and will aid the venture and rivendale as soon as possible...

3 hours later the KHC Alpha41 approches SS Avalon and the large Loxian fleet. Mike, was scanning the fleet for weakness.

Chris: Kayla, drop to impulse and stay to the left of the battle for the time being.

Kayla: Shouldn't we help them.

Chris: We will, I need tactical data on there ships. Mike, how are you coming with it.

Mike: I found one weakness. Aft section is very weak.

Chris: Thanks. Kayla, now we attack. Head into the battle. G. Sergeant Conell, fire all weapons and 10 of our new Quantumic torpedos. Mike decloak.

Mike: aye, decloaking.

The KHC Alpha41 appears out of nowhere and starts to attack the Loxian ships.

Mike: Chris, three of there ships are heading for us.

Chris: Conell, raise shields. Kayla, go to pattern delta 414.

Kayla: engaging pattern delta 414.

Conell: Shields up. contiueing firing phase cannons.

The Loxians ture there attention to us since we are diabling there ships right and left.

Conell: Shields down to 94 %

Chris: Fire the Transplasma beam at them. Mike, open a channel to the station.

Mike: Channel open sire.

*The ares just bairley beats the Flagship to the station, then it does an about face, facing head on with the flagship, the ares aims its weapons towards the flagship and begins to barrad (not sure if correct term) the flagship forcing it to find a different path to avalon...the flag ship still continues to bombard the ares,but the ship holds...*

"Very well. Ms. Janeway, Mr. Hedford, observe the necessary procedures for everything to take place next. I shall now be in my office to file a report for Starfleet Command."
*Vorak leaves ops and heads into his office.*

I think you may need to clear a docking spot for the skytoucher.......We are bringing her in with a tractor beam.........Shes beaten up pretty badly........

I will send a communications ((Via Email)).......to my superior and see if he wants me to assist in the repairs of your ships or not.........

As for our damage on the newyork it seems to be minor.........But we can take care of it........If you need any more ships tractored in just hail.....

"Sir, I've just completed the work on the sensorarray but can't seem to find Mr Embries. I haven't seen him after we devided the work on the sensor array."

*Detrell enters OPS and heads for Admiral Vorak*

"Well Sir, all preperations are taken and all shields are reinforced. Do we already have an estimate of the Loxian fleet? Due to the red alert I may assume they are in visual range"

DS17/Alpha Station to S.S. Avalon

S.S. Avalon, come in, this is Admiral Yates. I have sent a prometheus class starship to assist. I am currently regroupng and organizing the Alpha Fighter Squadron. They will be moving out in 3 hours. I am giving you command of them until the station is secure.

"Ah Mr Eastwood! Yes I was informed about your arrival. Well as you can see we are in a difficult situation and understaffed. Please take one of the available science or OPS stations and try to find any weakness in the Loxians battlegroup! We need to find a way to defeat them..."

OOC*Thanks for blowing my plan to attack a few strikes then reemerge with section 3 .....thats alot!........Sheeesh.......Besides Since Newyork B is a prometheus class ship I think it would need to take more of a beating before it lost engines .....But thats just me.....

*Slowly out of no-where the Vor'Cha Kahless limps into view of the station.  The ship is severly damaged, and a wonder to all that it did not explode yet.  A communications to Avalon Station is picked up by the Kahless.*

"I know this ship has taken a hevy beeting, but thanks to such fine warriors as yourselves, we are still ready to fight to the bitter end.

*The Vor'Cha Kahless slowly moves over to the Runabout Danath. Within the time it took the Kahless to reach the Danath the tractor beam was in minimal working condition.

On the other hand, I know that I will be better off as your prisoner, then as a free citizen of Loxius. Because the Loxian Government may officially commerate me for my actions in their name, they will still assassinate me, just not publicly. This is the usual turn of events, and it will be no different in my case."

"Well Mr Eastwood, I concur with your idea. But this ship also has hundreds of soldiers aboard, we are no match for them. Or we must perform a quick and covert attack were we place explosives and destroy the ship from within..."

*Admiral Montrell turned to Hedford*

"I want you to join Mr Eastwood and take not more then five people with you. Prepare the mission and I want a briefing from you both within 20 minutes! The Loxian ship will still be disabled so we must take advantage here....Dismissed"

*Montrell watched Mr Eastwood and Hedford go working at one of the consoles and then quickly turned to the viewscreen*

"Miss Janeway, is that flagship still without engine power? If not, I want you to coordinate the other ships to attack it and destroy it's impulse and if possible warp drive...but impulse is our priority!"

"I understand, admiral. We will return soon."
*Comm One and Kowan leave ops, heading for the transporter room to beam over to the U.S.S. Skytoucher.*

*The Kahless slowly makes its way to Avalon Station.  KHa'Var requested permission to dock and have repairs done to the ship.  Avalon Station granted her request along with the other ships.  Once it was their turn to enter Avalon Station KHa'Var gave the order.*

"Helm proceed to dockingport 5."

"Moving to dockingport 5 m'lady.  Initiating docking procedures.  Docking is complete m'lady."

"Captain, repair crews from the station are coming aboard to begin repairs."

"Very well, I need to see how things are going with my son."

*She turns to Mitch Walker and his crew.*

"I assume you can find your way to the Rivendell from the dockingport.  Follow me, I will show you the way off my ship."

*KHa'Var leads Mitch Walker and crew to the dockingport entrance.*

"I hope you had a pleasant trip on my ship.  Here is where I leave you, I must speak with Vorak immediately."

*She walks off to Vorak's office.*

"Welcome, Mr. Brodie. It is good to see you have arrived in time still. You are clear to dock, and you may come aboard whenever you are ready. Vorak out."
*Then he turns to Hedford.*
"I have not seen major Embries either. Computer, locate major Embries."
Computer: "Major Embries is not on board Avalon Station."
*Vorak raises an eyebrow.*
"Most curious, he did not make any departure request. Computer, how did the major leave the station, and where to?"
Computer: "That information is not on file."
*He looks up in surprise, and then turns to Hedford.*
"We will look into this later, after the Loxian battle is over."

OFF: by my calculations there are about 88 fully operational Loxian vessels in total, including the 2 very large ships.  There are about 12 ships damaged (including the flagship).  22 of the ships are disabled.

*on teh stations veiw screen they see how the baatle is progressing but for some reason that avalon station cant figure out is that the USS Newyork B is moving away towards the skytoucher*

Admiral One of your ships is in danger of being over run.....I am moving into transporter range and sending relief help to them....They are currently being boarded and im sending some MACOs that are aboard to aid in the defense of the skytoucher......Ill be back in just a tick Admiral.....

*On board the Loxian flagship, the Prime Commander is looking at the viewscreen, as his ship is firing immediately upon the station.*
"Soon, this will be over, and Loxius will be the primary power of this sector again!"
*Suddenly, their weapons stop firing at the station. The Prime Commander turns around to look at his tactical officer.*
"Why did you cease fire! We've got a perfect opening now! Fire weapons, NOW!"
Tactical officer: "Sir, I'm being locked out of my panel. I can't access any system any more!"
"WHAT?"
Computer: "Auto-destruct sequence has been initiated. Countdown 5 minutes."
"WHAT?!?"
*The Prime Commander slams his fist on the chair arm.*
"Someone is tampering with our system! Get control back of the ship, NOW!"
*Suddenly, the Loxian flagship comes about to face its own smaller Loxian fighter ships, and opens fire... Instantly, 6 smaller fighters are destroyed. Next, a salvo of torpedoes is launched, destroying 4 more Loxian ships. No firepower is directed anywhere near the Starfleet vessels.*
Tactical officer: "Sir, we're destroying 10 of our own ships, and there's no way I can get access to any system at all... engines, weapons, shields... Not even the auto-destruct sequence!"
*The Prime Commander furiously gets up from his chair, pushes the tactical officer aside, and attempts to take control over the panel himself. But he too, is being locked out no matter what. At that moment, the flagship fires another salvo of torpedoes as well as disrupter fire, destroying 12 more ships.*
Computer: "Four minutes to auto-destruct."
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

The Venture moved about coming to the side of the Loxians. They fired Photon Torpedos at several of the smaller ships and phasers after disabling 5 and destroying 2. They did the best they could to come into the lines of the Loxians letting off Anti-Matter Mines.

*The Loxian Prime Commander stands at the bridge, looking on the viewscreen at how the battle is progressing. Ships are firing and being fired upon all around his flagship, but it is clear that the Starfleet ships are suffering most damage. They are hopelessly outnumbered. The Prime Commander turns to his second-in-command.*
"Behold this battle. This is why we, the Loxian Government, are great, and people like Starfleet or the Loxian Exiles, are weak."
*At that moment, another officer informs the Prime Commander of an incoming hail from Avalon Station, stating that they want to know why the Loxians attack them, and that they prefer to talk instead of fight. The Prime Commander laughs.*
"Weaklings, that's what they are! Trying to get away with excuses of not knowing why we are attacking them. Open a channel to Avalon Station!"
*The other officer pushes some buttons.*
"Channel open, sir."
"Avalon Station, this is the Prime Commander of the Loxian Government fleet. We did not come all the way here with our fleet, spending our energy resources to fuel our ships and feed our men, just to talk to you! You know why we are here. You have captured some of our men, and we will not accept such an insult. For this insult, you will pay and suffer dearly. There is nothing to be talked about, except perhaps about how we will utterly wipe out your entire existance in the Delta Quadrant! Prepare to be destroyed!"
*Then he cuts the transmission. At that moment, the officer points his attention to the viewscreen, displaying the appearance of the U.S.S. Skytoucher.*
"Sensor readings match perfectly, sir! It is the ship that sent us the information from our spying device."
*The Prime Commander smiles.*
"Good, very good. They will be in for a surprise, when they find out how advanced our technology really is! Do you have the access codes of the Skytoucher?"
*The officer checks his panel.*
"I have them all right here, sir. All access codes of the ship as provided by the device. We can take full control over their ship at any time."
"Good. DO IT!"
*At that moment, the Skytoucher suddenly stops firing at Loxian ships, but remains hanging in space... The crew aboard the ship discovers that they are being locked out of all computer panels, no longer able to control any system of the ship.*
"Control of the ship has been tranferred to our ship, sir."
"Good. Now transmit orders to the ship's main computer, to come about and attack their own Starfleet ships instead! And set a self-destruct countdown for 10 minutes!"
*The officer puts the commands into his computer panel.*
"Aye sir, the ship is responding!"
*The Prime Commander turns back to the viewscreen, and sees how the Skytoucher opens fire on the U.S.S. Venture and U.S.S. Rivendell. Aboard the Skytoucher, the crew is entirely obvlious of what just happened, and hear a 10 minutes countdown of the ship's self-destruct sequence...*

"I concur, Admiral. We'll never be able to take out that ship from the outside."

*Kowan carefully steps forward to address admiral Vorak.*
"Admiral, I have worked for many years, with these very people you are fighting now. I have put my life on the line to defend the noble causes of the Loxian Government. I have assassinated their spies only so they would be silenced. But foolish and naive as I was, it had never occured to me that what I did to others, would once be done to me as well. I realise now that the Loxian government is not here with the purpose of finding and releasing me from your custody. On the contrary, they are here to silence me, to kill me. And your presence in the Delta Quadrant along with it, as they perceive you a threat. I know how they think and work, so you can trust me on this. I know now, that I have nothing to go back to. Likely, my wife and children back home on Loxius are already killed. While they would kill me, you did not but you kept me in relatively good conditions during my imprisonment on this station. For a short time, Varnek was imprisoned there as well, and he spoke to me about the Burma... After he left, I was alone, I had nobody to talk to, nobody would visit me, and I had much time to think about what Varnek said of the Burma. I have come to believe in his cause, and to prove it, I intend to help you surviving this battle."

*Eastwood looks at his men he has selected and is very happy with it*

OCC: look at the KHC Alpha41 boards on the mission to find out more.

ON

The KHC Alpha41 was sitting dead stop in subspace with little to no power left in it systems. Only life support and medical labs where still operating after the attack and release of the blast which backfired some how. The main Battle Bridge has been destroyed and exposed to space with multiple hull breaches.

Chris continued the process until Kayla was total healed.

Chris: Mike, how is she doing?

Mike: Fine, her injuries are healing at a rapid speed.

Chris: Thank you, hope she will be alright.

Kayla started to come around.

*The Vor'Cha Kahless was monitoring the Loxian's communications.  When the order to open fire was given, KHa'Var was ready.*

"Open fire on all near by Loxian ships!"

"Opening fire, several ships have been hit captain."

*The Vor'Cha Kahless fires upon 10 different Loxian ships from under the Flagship.  2 of the ships are disabled by direct hits to their warp generators.  The other ships have damage ranging from major to minor damage.*

"Fire warning shots, Ms. Janeway, show the Loxians that we are serious about our defences. Mr. Hedford, activate the thoron field."
*Then he answers the incoming hails.*

Sir i think my talents would be better of used when and if we borad the mother ship, Sir permission to go down to the Cargo hold and perpare some men for boarding parties

*Vorak turns to Montrell.*
"Admiral, what is your opinion on this situation?"

*The Loxian flagship continues firing upon its own Loxian ships. One by one, they are disabled or destroyed... The Prime Commander looks at the viewscreen in despair.*¨
"Has anyone been able to regain control over their station yet? ANYONE?"
*But everyone answers negative. There seems to be no way to regain control over the ship.*
Computer: "Two minutes to auto-destruct."
*The Prime Commander cries out in rage.*
"It must have been the Loxian spy device on that ship! SOMEONE must have decided to use it against us, and betrayed us!"
*While out in space, more and more Loxian ships get destroyed, if not by the flagship then by Starfleet, the Prime Commander's second in command approaches him.*
"Sir, we must abandon the ship. It is going to explode in less then two minutes, and if we remain here we will all be killed. It is impossible to regain control over the ship in less time than that."
*The Prime Commander sighs in defeat.*
"You are right... How many ships of us are left intact?"
*Another officer pushes some buttons on his panel.*
"Umm... only 12... no, make that 11... No, just 10 now... In fact..."
*The Prime Commander stops him.*
"I get the idea! We're lost! The entire Loxian fleet is destroyed, and all we can do is save ourselves and limp back home!"
*Then he turns to his second in command.*
"Find the Loxian ship in the best shape available still. We will beam over there and make our escape."
*The second-in-command nods, pushes some buttons and locates one of the ships.*
"The one over there in the rear wing, sir. It is one of the few ships left sustaining minimum damage. Shall I announce the other ships to retreat as well?"
*The Prime Commander gives him a stern look.*
"No! They will not know of our escape. They will continue fighting to the death!"
"But..."
"THAT is my decision!"
Computer: "One minute to auto-destruct."
"We're running out of time, we have to go!"
*Suddenly, some of the other bridge officers jump up.*
"Sir, aren't we to come with you and beam over to that one Loxian fighter?"
*The Prime Commander looks around with a grim smile.*
"There just isn't enough space on one fighter, for all the people on this ship. But you will have the honour to die in the line of duty to your Loxian Government."
*The officers want to jump up in protest, but the Prime Commander swiftly takes his disrupter weapon, and fires upon them. Then he nods at his second-in-command.*
"Time to go now, there's nothing left here for us, but the taste of defeat."
*They leave the bridge and head to the transporter room. Soon thereafter, they beam over to the Loxian fighter... As the battle goes on in space, the flagship destroying the last remaining Loxian fighters, one of the fighters retreats and goes to warp, back to the Loxian homeworld, but everyone else is too busy with the battle to notice it. The last surviving Loxian ships fire in despair on the Starfleet vessels, but they are now hopelessly outnumbered and outgunned... And then the final moment happens... The Loxian flagship violently explodes, destroying two more Loxian fighters in the shockwave, and space is filled with debris. Only two small and heavily damaged Loxian fighters remain... facing the fleet of Starfleet ships in a much better shape... There is no winning this battle, and the two Loxian fighters soon realise this... Instead of fighting on against their enemy, they admit in defeat and set course toward each other... In a matter of moments, they collide with each other and both explode... Only debris is left, no Loxians survivors... An entire fleet is obliterated, thousands of Loxians are killed. But the battle is over...*

OFF: don't go after the one escaped Loxian fighter, the idea is that nobody noticed it... They won't form a threat any more anyway, but they need to be able to return to their homeworld for another different, future storyline.

"Take care of all docking requests, Ms. Janeway. Dispatch repair crews of the engineering department to begin repairs of the damage to the ships at once. All civilians on the station can return to their quarters, and all establishments on the Promenade can be reopened."
