*Detrell runs into the controlroom of the Computer Core were he sees Major Chellick*

"Ah well, sorry for my delay...but I am here now "

*He lays down his toolkit and walks over to the Major*

"So we have to give the Computer Core a full check-up, huh. Well prepare yourselve for some hours of work, I am not very familiar with this new system. But let's get to work shall we..."

"Welcome Captain , you could assist us...yes please"

                               *Stands up*

"We thought of beginning with the AI interface, scan it and then note the strange and important things about the device. According to my tricorder, there are three AI interface consoles. Each one is on a different level...the one you see here is linked to the other three, so we should test them all...maybe we can devide the work "

OFF: A computer core is a huge chamber, which has different levels...from top to bottom, right?
So there should be an elevator in it, like it was in "DS9 The Fallen" ever played it perhaps :P

*Detrell was under the impression, the computer was totally upgraded and speaking. This computer interface could be a new topic for a convention*

"So Hermes, you told me to start with your primary neurotransmitters. My guess is that they are located here...."

*Detrell scanned the block of chips*

"So Eric, also heared when the ceremony is planned?"

"So Hermes, do you also have a specification of your systems. Then I don't have to scan and so. Like this button what does it do...."

*The admiral leans over and tries to push it*

"My system is as follows:"

Hermes proceeds to give a full specificaton of his systems, and this lasts almost 5 minutes. Hermes can observe Admiral Detrell becoming bored with the tedious report

(OFF: I didnt want to post a huge report on stuff I have no idea of. I make systems up as I go.)

hmm.. well that is better thank you, uh? Hermes.
*reads the report*

"So I think Hermes is in top condition isn't he"

*Grabs his tools and puts them in his kit*

"Well guys, I think we're done here....atleast I am, someone needs me somewhere else..feel free to do some more tests "

*after his orders from Admiral Montrell, Chellick headed down to work on the computer core*
*taps his combadge*

*picks up a tricorder to identify the internal workings*

*picks up some of Detrell's Tools and gets moving*

Well this isn't confirmed, but erm from my sources I have heard that Rear Admiral T'Hain has been killed in a tragic accident with the borg.... Such very sad news.... But I am not sure if it is 100% true or not, you know how rumours can be started.... But if it is true.... What do you think they will do?  Promote Commodore Marou to CO? Or replace him?  I think they will probably replace him.......  

"Somethings we may never know, but I highly doubt a Vulcan would be giving a latinum bonus"

His tragic end was caused by the Borg, and his commending actions in his life deserve a sign of respect, so please come to cargo bay 1 now, where the ceremony will be held according to the customs since the demise of Mr. Spock. *Walks over to some data consoles*

"I think that is a good start...we don't know what has really been installed here...or atleast how it looks like at the inside.."

"Allright..I'll take the top floor"

*He walks over to the lift and grabs a toolkit*

"Hey Eric, what did I hear....something happend on Starphoenix base?"

"Admiral Detrell, I will give you guidance during my repair, First, the primary neuro-transmitters are of utmost importance. I suggest they be repaired before anything else."

"Indeed, Major, there has been a console failure. Fortunately, I still have limited amounts of computing power."

The console reinitiates.

"I have repaired it."

wow, I didn't know it could do that?

"Well Admiral, I believe that the Ceremony will be taking place as soon as all the ships arrive and the Commodore and Colonel of starphoenix arrive on Avalon, I have heard they are coming via shuttle."

*starts reading the list and quickly stops*

well I can't make heads or tails of this, it sounds too confusing for me.
"Hermes can't you give us a smaller list or something without so many big words? lol"

"Very well admiral, I think I am done over here"

Eric looks down the levels and tries to find Major Chellick

"How are you doing over there Major?"

"Yeah you're capable to handle everything...but I want to do something too, you know . But I may need your help, you never know"

*Grabs his toolkit*

"Well gentlemen, I will be off now..."

*Detrell walks out and heads for the Engineering Department*

*sitting around waiting for Detrell, Chris starts to work on the assembly but he realizes he has no tools to repair the system, instead he just gives verbal orders to the computer to do whatever he can until Detrell arrives*

Eric walks onto the scene

Greetings Gentlemen, anything that i can assist you with?

Ok, how about you take the top level Detrell, and i'll take the mid level

"Yeah they will probably replace him...what a lose for Starfleet. He was doing a good job there on Starphoenix, I was always wondering if he was giving some kind of latinum bonus...all new officers wanted to go to Starphoenix"

*He arrived at the toplevel*

*as Chris was running the diagnostic one of the interfaces just went dead*

"Hermes, can you give me a full specification of your system? Also put a report on your system in the Database, but no secret information...there are some things not everyone needs to know "

*Grabs his tools and walks to the lift that would bring him to level 1*

"So Eric, how did you manage here "

"Admiral, if you are refering to Captain Keach and the Tiberon, I can handle the replcement of a warp coil."
