Starfleet Breach of Delta Regulations

[Wabvleef]

*Wabvleef is escorted in to the chamber, he takes his seat between Avelox and Mentora.  As he sits down he pushes Avelox' feet off the table.*

[Pax]

*Pax jumps up, interrupting Mentora.*
"I object! We cannot use the methods of violence! We don't even know why they have done what they did! I admit, this is disturbing news, but a peaceful solution MUST be worked out!"

[Tash]

"FUN? You think war is FUN!? Mentora, your lust for battle sickens me! Starfleet is a benevolent institution, I'm sure diplomacy will not be hard, but you had best control your violent urges, Torran!"

[Tankalan]

OFF: Um is anyone else still around?  its been like almost 4 days since anyone else has posted?

*makes a bird like sound*

Pax we Talonions have been the closest allied of the Yzakians long before this Delta Alliance was formed, surely that has some weight in your trust of our outlook on things, and if we the Talonions that are just as reclusive and peaceful has your species can trust Starfleet surely you can grow to trust them aswell.

[Pax]

*Pax looks around, at the queen and the few Council members left.*
"I'm afraid that this has gone too much out of hand. This is not what the Yzakian ideals stand for, and never what we intended the Delta Alliance to become. An orgy of violence and corruption, I call it! The word peace has become unknown to you all! I don't care who it is you support, the Delta Alliance or the Traquel Directorate, you are simply fighting over the power to decide! And what is worse, you will not hesitate to pick up a weapon to get your will done! The Yzakian Empire can no longer support this kind of action or behaviour, and I refuse to be affiliated with such alliance! Forgive me for this decision, Your Highness, but we have no choice but to withdraw. Yzakian borders, as well as the Van'Gu Cluster borders, are now closed to all! You have all profited of our welcome enough, we must tend to ourselves and our ideals of peace now!"
*He turns around and strides toward the exit door. Two Yzakian aides have been standing there. Pax motions them to follow him.*
"Prepare our shuttle, we return to Yzakia right this moment!"
*The door closes behind them, and they are gone.*

hmm *looks up from a panel on her chair*

Iv'e just receied eome very distrubing sensor reports from our array.

Assemble the council, they must be told.

[Kiatya]

Right, Lets begin.  the others can ctach up as they arrive.

*has notes passed around on data pads*  These are just some of hte reports our sensor arrays have picked up about hte uss evolution.  I find myself find this rather distrubing especially since they seemed most keen to follow our regulations to bein with.

Not to mention the fact that we have also detected ships that have the ability cloak.  again. that was traced back to starfleet.  Now we get a distrubing report from Avelsa about starfleet useing our blueprints to make droids.

NOw I find htis unacceptable I think we are owed an explanation if anything.

Let us call Tash and Avelsa to speak.  THey may know precisely of what goes on.

Calm yourself Representative Mentora.  To rush into war is not always the best course of action.

[Kiatya]

Tell us, Tash, What is going on with the Captain. He seeme da very reasonable chap.  I refuse to believe that this is the same captain we met.

How also is hte report on the droids.  Also A report has been transmitted in regards to droid planning scheme onboard hte evolution.  What is going on.

[Tash]

"Fine with me! But we will NOT take any offensive action against Starfleet!"

[Tankalan]

"Starfleet is not an aggressive group of people, they have proven time and time again they only use their weapons for self defense, unfortunately some of you are so paranoid you can't see that""

[Mentora]

*Mentora gets up from his chair again.*
"Listen to yourself, all! You keep talking and talking! But when will be the moment that we act? I say we increase military presence, and close our borders to all outsiders! And that we keep watch to any activity related to Starfleet! Who is with me??"

[Mentora]

"You all fail to see the danger of their growing power in this quadrant! They keep expanding, adding new divisions, new stations, new ships... It's a whole military operation! Soon they will be a stronger force in this sector than we, and what will stop them from taking over our alliance? Already now, because of the mere presence of Starfleet, and their arrogance at ignoring our regulations, the Alliance is falling apart!"
*Then he steps before the High Queen, and kneels.*
"People who still refuse to see the bitter truth, such as Mr. Tash, are tearing apart your Round Council Convention, my lady! You cannot let this happen. We have no choice but to take action against the invaders. Please understand the reasons why I do what I am about to do, for it is in the best interests of the Alliance."
*He turns to Wabvleef next.*
"The ASC Revox should arrive soon. Let us meet its chief of command, Ardwyad. If we have him on our side, along with your forces surely we can even out the odds again!"
*They both leave the council room.*

[Avelox]

*Avelox enters the Council Chambers and sees the Queen is already waiting, in her throne.  He quickly aproaches her, and gives a glorious bow while waving his hands in the air.  In one hand he holds a documentation device.*

Oh....Kiatya, I have just received an urgent message from one of our sources.... Oh, I think you should read it!!!!

*Avelox hands her the device, with the information regarding the discovery of plans to build Droids on a Federation Ship called the Evolution.  There is also information about Romulan's laying claim on space near their boarders.  He silently awaits for the queen to read the report.*
