After Drinking his Coffee, he goes and takes a Sonic Shower and Replicates a New Suit, and then goes to the bridge.
The Commander cant fall asleep yet, so he is going to slice through things from Starfleet Command on the Console."Maybe I should Check for some updates on these computers."
About 10 Minutes Later He Finds A Type III Computer.

I was slicing through some things from Starfleet Command and I found a Type III Computer That Can be Better than our old ones here, it even says that there would be better replicators.
