I believe so. The mission does require some bit of force. and  maybe the Dragon has this extra force:)

One suggestion: go to the main page (click "home" on horizontal navbar) and vote for Expansion on the vote-buttons on the right (scroll down a bit to find them). If everyone does this every day, we get Expansion higher up in the topsites much faster, and the higher we are, the more visitors.
