Yes, the idea is very good. I hope that others will join in this project. People who are interested to join, could reply here. And we can continue working out a storyline in the Mission Planning forum - I can give you access there. Then we can discuss how to get this project started, and such.

The great dominion war, that had shocked Starfleet and the co-illation so many years ago, had now fully subsided, and with peace settling in within the alpha quadrant once again, meant it was a time of rejoice and mirth for many. Starfleet had won the war, not through brilliant strategy and diplomacy, but through the lives of many dedicated and loyal men. Overwhelming numbers through the support of their lackeys, the Klingons and the Romulans had secured the federation the alpha quadrant for at least another decade. Two of those men that died for the federation happened to be Aron Velotian, a helmsman, and his son Branamir who served aboard the beautiful USS Arina, now only a hint of its glory still remains in books of old. Aron Velotian, brother to the elder Maguid Velotian now seeks justice against the federation.  According to Maguid, far too many Romulans and Klingons died to call the dominion war a victory...the federations had used the aid of their 'friends' to sacrifice themselves, whilst the federation, with their superior shields and hull, didn't suffer near as many casualties as their allies.

Maguid Velotian, Romulan by birth, lives out his life on Starbase Delta, one of the smaller federation Starbases, as his immediate family were killed in the war Maguid refused to take part in. Though he was an experienced captain and tactician, he and his ship, Dakotan remained docked to the Starbase while he saw and heard the screams of many Romulans and Klingons as they came back to the Starbase for medical need.

The time had come to even the score up a little, and for once force the federation to have a glimpse of what it was like to loose a war. Maguid lets the word loose to a few men, which soon spreads to all those wanting to hear his message.
"It is time to end the Dominion War, it is time to even the score up a little."
