What about learning here? Does he have to go all the way to the danged academy and be gone for all the time? It is a major loss to my ship for that to happen. He can learn just as much, even more actually, by learning here as an intern. This is where he wants to be, and we need him with an actual rank. Tha academy is still inconvenient, very inconvenient.

Learn how to be in the FSS in an academy? I didn't think there was such a class.
Besides that, I need an XO and crew for the Blackfire in a quick manner. This is very inconvenient.

Mark Jarret here. I am wondering if the position of assistant security chief is open on the station? I glanced through and noticed someone had chief. I am interested in XO.
