"All hands station alert raised to yellow all ships in the area are to be stoped and searched. I want security teams posted at all dock entrances."

Reed opens a channel
"Send to Kennedy Base, Admiral Yates Personally.

"Admiral, a sensitive situation has been discovered by Intelligence of a deeper source. Please be advised to check out any and all new crew transfering to Kennedy or a vessel of yours. The Federation may be in grave danger. I can so no more, Raise Intelligence Division alert to Yellow."
