"I will first assure you that nothing said in this room can be heard from anywhere outside of it. I reason i wanted to speak with you is to bring you up to speed on a situation that seems to be growing. My information is in bits and pieces so i only know that much. But i have done the best i can to understand. The Delta Alliance had a bit of a falling out with each other as separate species, this you may or may not know. This took place a while ago and for some time nothing else was heard of it. But now my operatives in the DA sectors tell me the Delta Alliance is split to groups, one wanting peace with the Federation, the other, somehow thinking we mean to invade, so they want war. I fear they will fight each other. Though this does not concern me. Off the record i wouldn't mind if they killed each other and ended the alliance then and there. On the record, we much do whats best to preserve the federation."

Reed stood getting a drink from the replicator.

"that Mr. Yates, means we must insure the peaceful side prevails. I intend to a quietly as possible slowly destroy the species that want war. I would much like the help of your people in this. But i will act with the FSS alone if i must. The Federation nor Starfleet Command is aware of this plan. And they will not find out. This operation is strictly classified. I am trusting you to not leak it. Even if you choose not to aid me. I realize our jointed relations in the past where not spotless. but i feel strong we have both evolved to work to benefit the Federation together when it calls for it."

"Not required but if you want to come you may. I myself am tired of sitting on this base. It will be good to be doing something. I will keep you informed. Let me know if you find anything out. If you do stay you will be our eyes and ears from Starfleet command. If any diplomatic breaks occur with the DA we will not be able to find out. We will have to run silent in DA space, use low subspace channels to contact."

OFF: Firstly, happy un-fourth of July to all those who celebrate it. I apologize for lagging at times, my internet and computer aren't always agreeable and cooperative. Even now I cannot sign into my account to access email. I'm having to use Int. Expl. to view this page and post. I'd much like to have a part in this story with Tyn, if at all possible. Any ideas? Thus far, she's appeared before Svensson and hinted towards an intruder....which I assume you've taken into custody? I'll catch up in reading.

I have only patched together records left by a former division Shawdow Fleet or something of the sort and its last logs show the USS Hurricane and another ship engaged a planet of which Klingons were on. It may be that the same ones have returned . But that is all we know. I will send you the location from here. Your primary goal is to find out what they are doing, try not to be seen. Infiltrate the ships and anything on the planet using medical means to alter your appearance. Any questions Captain?"

Argo and Dean do not "agree" with one another so it is best to keep them seperated. ((You have been proved wrong bye both Chris and Alex, Oh and the Mannon has a cloak, I know because Reed has used it to mask himself on several occassions.  Reed used it as if it had a cloak so it has a cloak.  BTW dont we supposed to be like intel, and Intel ships I would think require cloaking devices.  The mannon has one, cuz as I said before Reed used it several times))
