"Hmm" The Doctor looked up "Oh there is a disruption in time.
things are happening some where else that needs fixing."

"Yes I can."

The Gallifreyan vessel, the TARDIS entered into a relative Hyperspatial Orbit of the Planet Dantor.
The exteriors metamorphic capabilities went into action changing it into a Gallifreyan Battlecruiser.

[Doctor Who]

The Doctor looked at the static human and then back at Tolas.

"No problems, Tolas, just be careful you are not used to your abilities yet."

Doctor Who then teleported John to locked quarters.

"Matrix, look after this human and make him comfortable."

MATRIX: ACKNOWLEDGED DOCTOR.

"Thank you. I think it is time, I revel to the Major who I am then."

[Kawolsky]

"Where am I?"  he asked

*Kawolsky then took out a suicide pill from his pocket and quickly put it in his mouth. Within seconds he was dead, lying on the floor in front of the mysterious person*

[Doctor Who]

The TARDIS told the Doctor of another change in the Timestream, so he moved to the Console to see what it was.

"Hmm not good, not good at all, it seems this fleet is not the one we are supposed to be, damn."

The Doctor set the coordinates for Deep Space Discovery and the TARDIS shifted to the Vortex, heading to Deep Space Discovery.

Tolas reaches out to the Doctor telepathically but started sensing it on his own. He felt a small ripple wave of disruption but couldn't isolate it.

"If where heading to the Alpha Quadrant then we need to stop near the Alpha/Delta Quadrant. There is a Sovereign Class Mark III that needs pickup."
