Requesting Assignment for Starfleet Section

OFF: Sorry but im new to this when I regestered I requested to be Medical Officer (second option Science Officer) Once I got the email saying thanks for signing up it told me to do this - there was no part saying to wait till I got a reply saying I was accepted so I wrote in here.  

"Zather Nikmutso Reporting for duty sir - Sir I wish to be a medical officer on the U.S.S Sphinx please."

"Cadet Grey reporting, I just graduated early out of StarFleet Academy, requesting Position as Ambassador, or CSO."
