Sir, what is exactly the function of the Cortez? Will she have a marine squad stationed in her or is she just a regular warship run by the marines instead of the regular starfleet crew?

OFF:i was under the impression that i was going to "patrol" the marine area,while Mr. Kareilia's character "patrols" the starphoenix base, its suppose to be temporary.just trying to help out.(BTW its Mr.Bennings)
