All hands, this is Major Halfdale. As many of you know, Rear-Admiral T'Hain has been assimilated. StarPhoenix High Command has decided he is lost and a rescue attempt will not be performed. As acting commander of StarPhoenix Base, I hearby pronounce Ambassador Strider to be my Executive Officer. I hope all of you are able to adjust to this sudden change, as I ust struggle to do.
