Family/ Personal History:
Julia's mother was the Chief Science Officer on the USS Jackson until her death in 2360. The cause of her mothers death was later found to be a radiation leak in her quarters. Her father was Chief of Starfleet Medical for seven years before he was murdered while on a diplomatic mission in 2376. When she was 16 she began her work at the acadamy graduated at the age of 22 4th in her class. She excelled in Medical and Sciences. She received her first assignment aboard the USS Tiberon as Chief of opperations. With that she received a promotion to the rank of Lieutenant. She was later issued the rank of Commander and assigned as first officer aboard the Tiberon. Later she held two Captaincies one  was aboard the USS New Orleans(decommissioned) and the second was aboard the USS Ticonderoga. After that she was assigned executive officer of the Omega Division and promoted to the rank of Vice Admiral. After the destruction of DS12 Julia was reassigned to the Avalon Division as the Executive Officer.
Personallity:
Julia is a curious risk taker. She is known to jump into decisions without considering all of the consequences. She always stands her ground and it is hard to change her mind once it is made up; but given the propper evidence and an alternative solution she will consider anything.
Psycological Profile (as of 4/2/2381):
Ms. Rellek is of sound mind and she is an extremely capable officer. Her command style inspires those under her to reach for all of their goals. Because she is younger than most Admirals she lacks experience which may in-turn affect her decision making abilities, however experience can only come in time. In my opinion Ms. Rellek is psycologically, mentally and emotionally sound. She is the ideal command officer and I believe that she has the ability to go far in her career.
