Aye sir.
**Rellek begins to send communications through out the station requesting officers to head for the Ticonderoga. Then she headed out of ops and boarded the ship herself.**

Red Alert and all hands to battle stations. Lieutenant, bring the shields and weapons online.
Lieutenant- Aye sir.
Helm request clearance from ops.
Helmsman- We're a go.
Release docking clamps and head out at one quarter impulse.

A phaser beam shot from the dorsal starboard phaser array of the Rivendell, but it was not the standard, bright orange beam. This beam was a blinding white, and was coursing with the psionic energy of Taurik, Sentinel of the Gallifreyan Order.

Karelia jumps to attention. "What! Contact Avalon Station! We need reinforcements!"
"All channels open, Admiral."
"This is Admiral Karelia of the Federation outpost Deep Space Twelve. There is a Borg cube a mere 17 hours from out position. We require the assistance of any starships in range. I repeat, this is Deep Space Twelve, requesting immediate assistance from all nearby starships."

The Righteous rocked violently as it took a beating from the Na'jigat. An explosion flared from the ceiling, and gas began to leak. A bolt akin to lightning lanced from the cloud and struck the Defiant-class ship.
"Abandon ship!" Will yelled over the ship-wide intercom. "Get to the escape pods! Computer, activate site-to-site transport! Transfer all bridge crew to the U.S.S. Tiberon!"
Will and his crew dematerialized.
Another lightning bolt lanced from the energy cloud, and blasted the Righteous right in the belly. The ship split into several large portions, and the warp nacelles hung only by a few plates of duranium. The Na'jigat cracked the ship open like a coconut, and drained it's energy just as easily. Once the ship had been drained, they absorbed the final explosion as the warp core lost containment.

Lieutenant, rotate shield frequencies every 15 seconds. Make sure their is NO pattern.
And stick to Admiral Karelia's instructions to target weapons and tractor emmiters.

Will and several of the OCC officers head to Landing Pad D, where the Righteous sat, landed in a huge ring covered by an environmental field. The view as Will walked to the ship was incredible. As they filed onto the bridge, and the lights came on, Will felt what it was like to sit in the captain's chair again.
"Bring fusion reactors online, charge the phaser capacitors, and get ready to party."

A large cubical vessel approached Deep Space Twelve at transwarp. All of a sudden, comm channels were alive with activity.
"Lieutenant, set phasers on a rotating frequency..."
"Target the Borg cube and stand by..."
"Rivendell, fall back to support position one..."
"Karelia to the fleet. We have it in visual range, a Borg cube on course zero, mark two-one-five. Speed, warp nine-point--"
And then the chilling, collective voice plays through on all vessels:
"We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile."
With that, the comm channel fell a deadly silent. One voice then pierced the silence with a single word:
"Fire."

"Admiral, there's a ship approaching at high warp. I can't tell what it is yet, but it's big."

The Na'jigat cloud reached DS12. It began feeding power from the five large fusion reactors on the station, and drained power from every system, be it major or auxilliary. The station's lights began to dim, and the station began to list slightly. The force of the power drain destabilized the station's orbit of the planet Envidia II, and the station began to move, affected by Envidia's gravity. Every officer on all the ships watched some viewscreen, as the station plummeted through Envidia II's thin atmosphere, and impacted on the planet's surface. A flash could be seen as the fusion reactors went critical.

*all forward tubes are fired on the tiberon, and the MX-1's streak towards the cube, when they impact, they begin to drill into the cube, after 18 meters they detonated, half with electronic pulses, frying part of the cubes systems...but not doing much...but the other half detonate in a bright flash, and a huge gapping hole is made in the cube...*
