On the borg warship.. Sensors indicate shields on target ship failed. Commencing beaming of Specified target.

On the USS Cortez a green beam surrounds Rear Admiral Thain and before anyone can stop him.. he disappears in a flash.

the Warship decloaks and activates transwarp and is gone leaving a faint transwarp trail.

OFF: this ship doesn't have cloak does it? I watched DS9 last night where the Defiant first was shown, it had a cloak:)
