"This were direct orders from Admiral Yates and I was just following them...but considering the circumstances I must agree with you.."

"So what will the Na'Ru 35 do..they will use your deflector to destroy General Neyo?
Is there anything my Engineers could do?"

*Captain Bode walks around and thinks*

"We must try to keep this technology...we may need it when the Neyo will follow us. Is Command aware of our situation? Because a got other orders from Yates..I think Star Fleet don't want our actions to lead to war with the Neyo...The Na'Ru 35 are using us to get involved it their dispute..

Cook is on the bridge hoding a still trembling Simese in his arms, and turns to Captain Bode.

Sir i don't want to sound rude but the general wants us dead or something close to it, Na'Ru 35 has taken over the ship to take down this Madman as i call him and freakly we are inbetween a rock and a hard place, we tryed already to find an alternitive way around this. but for some reason this is what Na'Ru 35 has issued, and i for one would rather be with my ship then in some prison with the General.

Speaking queitly to Ensign Nasmith.

No lets not, the Admiral wishes something to remain unknown something that is in that shuttle craft. That would be why he asked us not to enter it. If we beam it to the shuttle bay we will know exactly what is in it so no let him move it to shuttlebay.

Admiral Travis you can take up residence in the Vip quarters whenever you wish Sir.

I must say Admiral You got me into some deep water.

Commander Na'Ru 35 If you had told me as we started our discussion that there was an Admiral on your planet that was helping you I would have had less arguements Sir.

"I was director of internal affairs. Rear Admiral John Travis was my title. Long finished now, I came on shore leave to explore around here and I found these people. I have lived here for the past year, my shuttle turned into a home"
*Looks around the ship*
"I learned of thier enemy who shared the planet with them and told them of parts on starfleet ships that might harness thier technology. I have learned amazing things about thier ways, they are very advanced people. I never expected two starships to come here so quickly, but now that you are here thier enemy can be killed. If you had lived here for a period of time as I have, you would see how important it is to these people to have peace"

I have a bad feeling about this Captain, something about this is not right, why would someone come out here on shoreleave? I really think that someone should look up the service record of this admiral just so we know some of his history in Starfleet.

Cook looks up and nods to Na'Ru 35 and returns to Captain Smith, and hooks on a Blue leash onto a Blue Harness, the moment he does, Smith wiggles out of Cook's grasp and begins to sniff around a moment later Captain Smith begins to rub agianst a corner near them, the leash in his left hand  dipping with extra room, Cook then extends his right hand.

Pleasure to meet you sir.

Cook just listens to all that is going on, but pales at Jones Comment but before he can make a comment Captain Smith begins to rub his head agianst Cooks ankle and meowing softly, Cook was the only one who knew what this meant

No, I can not get you your dinner, we are on a forien alien base, I also don't think they would allow me back to get you your food, so you can forget that for now.

Captain Smith only looks up briefly at Cook before returning to the leg action but this time with a loader tone Meow. Cook just rolls his eyes upwards and just shakes his head, however a smile is on his face at the situation he is in.

OOC: Its no problem  ;) ...Not to much has taken place. I've been on vacation and not using Na'Ru 35 because of that so that kind of held it up for a week..Right now the Excalibur is being taken by force to a certain place by a tractor beam supposedly more advanced than starfleet technology. From there nothing important has happened.

Lt Torean don't you worry I am not the best with no win senarios myself. But he is an Admiral. He does have the ability to make your life and mine very nasty. I don't know about you but I like the line ships that I run now. I don't like the idea of running garbage scows.

Mr Cook what is that nebulan made of. I want to know before we get there if it is dangerous to take the ship in there and why it would be so.

Helm plot course to that nebula.

Open an channel to our friends over there and tell them to stay out of the fight as there is no way to battle the military of Neyo Prime.

He did not seem to feel that his words alone were satisfying, and as if it were as normal as ever, he walked to the Ops station, pushed the ensign away lightly, and engaged the Neyoean weapon on the ships deflector.

A few seconds later I am standing infront of Na'Ru 35. I walk to ward him saying int my culture it is customary to offer a hand in friendship the first time you meet someone. With that I extended my hand for a handshake. This is the first of my crew. My First Officer Commander Titan and Cheif Science Officer Commander Cook with the Cat Captain Smith. My Dog is named Jake. Just what caused you to be marooned here anyway? a shuttle crash? loss of power? there are many questions that i have i don't know where to start.

Outside, the USS Unity sat free, the Excalibur remaining clamped in the station dock area.

Negative on that Mr Torean. I don't particularly like being Captive but the ship whoever is contorlling it is taking us directly where we need to go. If we don't struggle and go with it willingly.....

=/\= Alien vessel I as Captain of the USS Excalibur would follow you willingly if you were to turn off your tactor beam. my mission was to explore this space and make freindly contact with those native to Neyo Prime. You seem to be taking me directly to where I need to go and so would follow willingly. It is just that Humans like use do like captaivity and so we ask nicely to beable to choose to follow rather than be force into it. =/\=

Hopefully if he knows that we were supposed to go there he might make friendly negotiations with us about travelling to his planet rather than be forced there.

It is not I who wants to harm you, it is Neyot who wants to end you. If you make me your enemy you will not leave Neyo. There is no thing you can tell me that will make me listen to you, you are inferior".
The liquid image on the wall dissolved and the Unity disappeared.
"I had hoped you would assist in the work, as a sign of friendship. At this point in time, you need me more than I need you. I can protect you from Neyot, even destroy him with your deflector. Your morals do not apply here at Neyo. Your demands are useless".

After a few seconds the deflector charges and is ready to fire.

"Firing at the second vessel sir."

A deep red beam shots out from the deflector and strikes the second ship.  Going right through the ships shields and slicing up the outer hull.
The ship then promply explodes taking another vessel with it.

"Captain, 3 down 17 to go."

4 enemy vessels attack the exaliburs ventral flank.  Firing weapons in rapid succession.

"Shields down to 23% sir.  We can not last much longer against 17 ships of superior firepower.  Each burst from the deflector takes 45 seconds to charge fully.
I have scanned the system captain and there is a nebula at 375 mark 4.
Shall we go play hide and go seek?"

Now everyone please settle down. I believe that I must get this out before we can make any in roads into our discusiion here Commander Na'Ru 35. The Starfleet charter would allow me to help out in any way with negociation and some other political ways to help you but the Charter does not allow for me to enter the ship or crew into anyform of civil War. Now you may as the saying goes be advanced Technologically but you need to looking to to working with eveyone before Starfleet Can help you with planetary problem. Weather you decide to take over our ship and then do it is entirely up to you but we like you have done everything that you wanted us to do. early on because you were taking us when we needed to go. I can not answer as to why the Captain of the Unity decided to fight because I am not Captain Bode, I am Captain Mathew Moriarty and I have tried to help out in any way possible and open to me through my protective Starfleet charter.

"Neyot is part of the war side of Neyo. I am of the side which wants to live. Neyot will end anything that brings a large change. We do not want much change. Why change what works. We do not approve of Neyot's way, and a war is going on now between our side and his. That brings me to you. You are here to help us end him and his side of the planet. Your weapons are weak, but they can provide. What we can really use is your deflector dish. My technicians can program it to send beams as weapons, which can vaporize anything in thier path in a split second. To be curteous, I will ask you to allow us to do this. In reality, we can and will do it regardless".

If you are going to threaten
people you should know somewhat about there backwards technology.  Are you firmilar with transwarp technology.
Remember that if you tweek a few settings and then take a ship to transwarp it can have shall we say desasterioius consiquences.
I won't try harming me.  If my people back on the ship detect my lifesigns failing they will go to transwarp and your presious planet will be gone.
I don't have a problem with your little war but my ship I will protect.
Do you understand?

I believe if no-one else wants to see this Admiral Captain Bode and myself should be able to speak to him. I think my ready room would be a good place to start. If a larger meeting is more approapriate we could move it to the observation room.

So yes Commander Na'Ru 35 if you wouldn't mind bringing this Admiral to my ready room when this is all finished.

"We will go to your ship then. Know only that I nor my people are your enemy, we are what you make us to be by your responses to our needs. Neyot will kill innocent, we will kill Neyot. That is the order, you have entered warfare and you cannot leave without one faction following you to destroy you. The 35th territory will not do harm to do, Neyot will. Your morals are not sheilds".

The alien continued in his explaining way, hoping to make the officer's understand thier situation as the Excalibur remained clamped by the alien people's technology.
Suddenly, sounds went off in warning.
"Neyot is on his way here, he has your fellow ship".

A deep red beam shots out from the deflector and strikes Neyots ship.  Going right through the ships shields and slicing up the outer hull.

Some are a best just floating in space with nothing although that might have been a rouse but. The lead ship was the first one fried with one shot I believe you all don't know the ship as well as you think you do. We will stay in this fight and fight it till the end.

This planet, as you will read in the fleet Database, is a mystery. Communications long range go down in the cluster, so I will speak with you again captain, before you enter. DS20 Out."

OOC: Captain..See the Database board, then it is the Anomiles(sp?) sub-board, then Van'Gu Cluster. Also the map of Expansion Space, it is very important you (and most everyone else on the ship) look at all that to understand what your going into, and what will happen to the ship when in the cluster.

Yes sir captain.  Weapons are in a ready state.  I am also attempting to scan the ship but cannot scan beyond the outter hull.  Which seems to be made of a compressed Tritanium polimur.  From the looks of it sir our phasers won't even come close to harming this ship.

We are receiveing an audio signal from the vessel, patching it through.  (Its just a bunch of clicking noises.)

------------------------------------------------
Na'Ru walked into the deflector control room with several of his people with him. They quickly swarmed to its main array and began to work with it, some new people would come with large parts. One of the most odd was one of his technicians who entered with a think round, pipe shaped, glass (or so it seemed) beam. He inserted it into a socket, and it began to light with a sickly green color. Pulsing waves began to take the room, not visable, but it could be heard..and felt.
Na'Ru, seeing the slight nervousness on the starfleet officers faces, explained the situation.
"That is the most important part of this weapon. It is a power source, known to our people as a Riigul Power Rod. It has within its small space energy beyond a million of your..warp cores..it is something we can make, but it takes a matter of years. Pieces of it mined, and then exposed to the nebula that surrounds our planet. We had found no way to focus its power to one location. That is where your deflector comes into the matter. Attaching it from the inside, we can harness the entire deflector dish to create a bubble made of the matter in space. At our own control, it can be shot as a beam which can destroy all in its path in a matter of seconds".
Na'Ru paused, and continued.
"Had one of your own people not told us of such a thing on your own ships, we would never have known to find one of your ships..He is still on the planet, I think. He might even want to go back with you, you would have to see him for yourself...".

I have told you, Na'Ru has told you, there is nothing to worry about! Only thier enemy is the danger, but I do not think you are understanding the scope of which we face, this ship could be easily destroyed by thier enemies who share the planet with them. They have found out with my help how to harness thier technology and it must be done! Must!"

No Captain Starfleet doesn't know of our plight. I have been unable to contact them since entering this space. The nebula is playing up with all the systems. Well I was expecting that as the head of a district or whatever they call them here on Neyo Prime we could start making peaceful movements once we have done what they want. As for being able to well that is different but I think it is more likely if we do what they want peacefully. As for your engineers they could help make the Changes to the deflector with myine and Command Na'Ru 35.

Constellation class vessel, and it was also impressive, but this ship too i agree is impressive, I think there are areas of this ship that i have not seen since i help build here, so I still get goose bumbs when i travel the decks, at how big she is.

"Neyot is coming...he will be here in quick time".
Outside of the ship, the large deflector dish began to pulse in a very odd way. It seemed to project an image a little way in front of it like a hologram, but more eerie than one. It gave off no sound inside the ship or out, but movment was clear.

He then went to the ships wall panel and contacted the bridge, and Engineering.
"You will steer this ship to face Neyots, you will fire your dish when you do this. They will then die, and you will see that my word is kept".

I believe the fight is a pushing back and forth match, we push they push, but they still have a good chunck of their ships weapon ready, but just under half are dead in the water with engines, I would say concentrate our beam into a tight band with and use it to cut through the ship and rupture their warp cores, at least destroy a few more ships, I think we are not using the full capibilty of this weapon that Na'Ru 35 has so kindly given us.

Cook at this just freezes shock in his face

What!? IF you say is true then he has a weapon to take us all out, Well as an old earth saying goes, Corner a cat you get scrached, So i guess it is a race agianst time.

Cook Turns to Captain Moriarty

Captain, I see no other option, we must follow Na'Ru 35 to live, i wish it was diffrent but now i fear for everyone on this station, if Neyot knows what they do *Cook nods to Na'Ru 35* then we are in a race agianst time

*Appears suddenly transported. He has a grown out beard with slightly long hair, a tattered uniform without a rank sign on the collar and a lone phaser at his side*
 "Hello, Captain"
*He extended his hand*
"The pleasure is mine"

"Titan to engineering. Get som teams ont hose damged EPS Conduits ASAP."

*He looks to the capatin with a concerned look.*

"Sir, I agree with Torean. We should head for the nebula to finish the repairs and then head back out. We should also make modifications so the conduits dont blow again."
