Oh, I do think we can work something out with StarFleet.  As it is we do have one of their officers Visiting the Temple.  Oh I have received nothing but good reports on this Vurak Spock.  Oh they say he just sits in the temple meditating all day long.  Oh, the Temple visitors have even been giving him food which he gracefully accepts.

*Pauses a moment to think.*

*Avelox wiggles his smallest finger at the Talonian.*

*He takes another low sweaping bow, before retireing to his seat.  Avelox then places his feet up on the desk, awaiting the arival of the other Representatives.*

*Avelox is about to disagree with Wabvleef, when one of his aids comes running up to him.  The aid quickly whispers something in his ear which causes him to have a shocked expression upon his face.  Avelox whispers something back, and the aid leaves as quickly as he came.*

"Oh, I am so sorry for that slight interuption!  Oh, I say we should not go to war against this StarFleet.  Oh, I do not see why we should not sit down with them and talk!  Oh, my as it is I need to tell them that their personel named Vurak Spock has misteriously dissapeared in front of visitors to the temple!"

*He quickly looks around the room to see if anyone would give a reaction indicating that they had something to do with this dissapearance.*

"Oh, I do hope that none of you had a hand in this!  Oh, I do have my people searching everywhere that they can think of to find him."

*Avelox flamboyantly puts a finger next to his mouth as though he is thinking about something seriously.*

That is just teribbaly wrong!  we should all just sit down and have a nice drink.  Then we can talk about them dismantalling their warp drive when they enter DA space.

*Avelox enters the Council Chambers and sees the Queen is already waiting, in her throne.  He quickly aproaches her, and gives a glorious bow while waving his hands in the air.  In one hand he holds a documentation device.*

Oh....Kiatya, I have just received an urgent message from one of our sources.... Oh, I think you should read it!!!!

*Avelox hands her the device, with the information regarding the discovery of plans to build Droids on a Federation Ship called the Evolution.  There is also information about Romulan's laying claim on space near their boarders.  He silently awaits for the queen to read the report.*

"Oh, queen I hope all is well.  Have you seen the Droid Representative or the Talonian Representative lately?"

*Waves his hands around in the air.*

"Oh, does that mean they are here for a tour of the Delta Alliance?  Oh, I know.  They are here about a legal matter, like another alliance or to renew the agreements of the current alliance.  Oh, they do need something!"

"Oh, I could arrange the best rooms for you if you will be staying a while."

"Oh, your highness... I have a suggestion.  My assistant is currently aboard the Evolution, serving in HK47's former capacity as ambasador.  If need be, I have no problem with Avelsa remaining ther.  Oh, perhaps we could place the droid under probation for a time?  She could keep an eye on HK47 and may have access to an override code, if the droid starts acting agressive."

*Waits for the queen's responce.*

*Avelox casually walks into the room and sees several people gathered.*

"Oh, sorry I'm late.  I was busy meditating in dream state."

*Walks over to the strange species.*

"Oh, my.  What do we have here?"

*Touches the strangers clothes and lightly pokes and prods around their heads.*

"Oh, are these exotic species applying to join the Delta Alliance?  Oh, I see you have been filling out the notoriously long application form."

*Takes the papers away from the one with pointy ears and starts to read them.  He ends up mixing them up even more and turns some upsidown.*

"Oh, what is this suposed to be?  It's not the application form that I am used to seeing."

*He hands the papers back in an almost casual toss.  The papers land on the table in a messy pile.*

"Oh, so we are to have a trial!  Oh, how fun it will be."

*Starts running around in circles, looking for someting.*

"Oh, my.  I think I lost it!  Avelsa where did you put my notes for the trial?  Avelsa.....  where did she go???"

*Stops running in circles and looks around for his assistant.*

"Oh, that's right she sent me a report on her mission."

*Feels around in his pockets, then stops when he feels something.*

"Oh, here it is, here it is."

*Pulls the note padd out and reads it.  He then speaks absent minded of the people around him.*

"An incident involving children??  Who is representing them??"

*Looks at the Starfleet's.*

"Is there no one else comming from your ship as witnesses for the prosicution or for the defendent?"

"Oh, we are already arguing what to do with the acused.  Oh, I think we should wait for the others to arrive before we begin the trial formally.  Oh, he does deserve a chance to explain such violent actions.  I do not think they were for the main purpose of peace."

"Oh, Starfleet.  Oh, yes I have heard of Starfleet.  I just have not seen a Starfleet.  Oh, if this is a Starfleet then this is also a Starfleet?  Or is it Starfleet Vulcan?"
