The posting style in this finale is one that we've never used before. In the past, each ship had it's own forum, where it's crews would be separated from one another, and this stopped anyone from getting confused as to who belonged where.

However, for this final venture, we are combining the posts into one forum. This would undoubtedly cause confusion, having many members serving on many ships in different situations. So, we ask that, for all posts in the finale, an opening descriptor of your character's location be added to every post. For instance, if Admiral Karelia were onboard the Evolution, my post would begin like this:

Fleet Admiral William Karelia - Bridge, U.S.S. Evolution Karelia lifted himself from the floor, sore after being slammed in the back by a falling bulkhead...

...and so on. As you might notice, I added my character's name as well, and while this is even more helpful, it's not required.

All in all, this will help us determine what characters are located where, because we'll no longer have the name of the current forum to help guide us.

Captain, starting this Friday, I will expect a status report every week on the USS Tiberon that follows these guidelines.

This report contains:
- Short description of current mission
- Current status of mission + current location of ship
- new discovered aliens
- new discovered planets
- new discovered stations/bases
- new discovered space anomalies
- monthly: 1 suggestion for crewmember to be promoted (name, current rank and department)
- names, ranks and departments of crewmembers that post insufficiently or never
- New crewmembers that signed on (name, rank, department)
- resigned crewmembers (names, departments)
- crewmembers that have switched department (name, rank, old & new department)
- Current status of the ship (damage, injured crewmembers)
- Current visitors on the ship (name, species)
- Current disputes between crewmembers (names of crewmembers, nature of dispute)

Karelia enters the phaser range and grabs a compression rifle from the rack

"Computer, begin phaser efficiency test."

Computer: "Begin."

Karelia began firing at the target drones. He did great on the first round.

Computer: "Round 2. Moving targets. Begin."

Karelia found this more challenging, but in the end, finished fairly well.

Computer: "Round 3. Targets return fire. Attempt to dodge phaser bolts. Begin."

Karelia found it extemely difficult to fire efficiently while dodging the fire of 5 target drones. These bolts wouldnt cause damage, of course, but they would reduce his efficiency drastically. He ended up finishing, never being hit, but missing the drones several times due to lack of time to aim.

"Computer, what was my efficiency score?"

Computer: "Admiral Karelia scored a 73% phaser efficiency score."

"I gotta work on that. Computer, end program."

The range and targets dissapeared, and Karelia left the room.

I didnt include you, Mr. Dickenson, but I guess you were. I know Mr. Sarek was.

These are the current weapons held in stock by Deep Space 12 and all of its ships.

Federation Type 2 Phaser
The Type 2 phaser is the backbone of any standard away team, and is carried by all security officers onboard a ship/station. It is similar to the Type 3, except it has more power due to it's larger handle, which holds the power pack.

Federation Compression Rifle
The Federation Compression Rifle is a large rifle with a dual-pronged head that acts as the accelerator rail for the pulse. The Pulse Rifle has little adaptability, and is suited for less armored enemies, and fails miserably against the Borg. It is not to be taken lightly, however.

Federation Assault Rifle
The Assault Rifle is a very powerful and versatile weapon used on most tactical away-missions. It has great range, accuracy, and power, fires in short, highly damaging pulses. The rifle is fashioned closely after rifles of 20th and 21st century Earth, ans as such, has a shoulder stock and a small readout on the upper display unit that indicates charge remaining and the damage level the rifle is tuned to.

Federation Beam Rifle
The Federation Beam Rifle is the predecessor of the Compression Rifle,  and with it's advanced age, is not very widely used. This rifle is mostly only found within the Starfleet Marines, due to it's lightweight design. It has somewhat large power cells, but fires only the traditional beam typical of the Type 2 hand phaser.

Federation Sniper Rifle
The Sniper Rifle is a offshoot of the Assault Rifle, and is identical is appearance save for the magnification unit on the top of the rifle. The Sniper Rifle fires short bolts of energy, instead of beams or pulses. These bolts are devastatingly powerful, and will vaporize the target instantly. Due to the extreme heat produced, firing more than once every five seconds is not recommended.

I have decided to forego a test mission for the Sequoia. Captain, the Sequoia will depart for the Frinshi Nebula to investigate the possibility of large amounts ot deuterium gas.

The Sequoia will depart to the coordinates downloaded into the nav computer to capture a Romulan dreadnought disabled by a freak ion storm.

The Tiberon is may be the first Omega Division ship to partake in a joint mission with another division. I am discussing this with High Command.

ok I figured that out, what about our location in space. Are we near Romulan space, Klingon, Breen, Ba'Ku, something like that?

Vice-Admiral Blake's office is exactly like Admiral Karelia's office, the only difference being the decoration.

"Not to mention the Experience to defeat them.  Im just looking at all the angles so we better our chances of survival.  Not to mention Knight Legudon, perhaps you should act as a master and not a knight like you are.  Wisdom and respect didnt grow on you as you aged it seems."

"Admiral, what intel do we have on the sector we are invading as you say.  What are we to expect?"

**She stares almost in aw** "Ah, Will, she's beautiful. I went to the academy with a guy who had an interest in... " **She thinks for a moment** ... in primitive gasoline powered automobiles with combustable engines, I think thats what they were called. Anyway, he called ship like this a hotrod; whatever that means.

Now that i've had my daily tangent, we should take her for a spin. I'll even let you drive.
