U.S.S. Iroquois / Cargo Bay

Korinas didn't really find Lieutenant's Swift attempts at humor overly amusing, so she barely twitched the corners of her lips. She really didn't have any intention of getting overly friendly with any of the humans, since most of them always repelled her coldly. She was not about to begin wishing for their friendship. Never. Korinas was too proud for that.

"I was thinking something among the lines of installing bio-scanners throughout this area. Once triggered, they would set off a silent alarm the intruder would not notice. That way, we could get to him before he even realized we caught him."

Family/ Personal History
Tara's father was a Klingon Tactical officer for the Klingon Empire. After many years of honorable service he rose to the rank of Colonel. He was always very proud of his daughter and worked hard to train her in the way of the warrior. In 2378 her father reached an age where he could no longer face his enemies on the battlefield. He asked Tara to perform the Hegh'bat, which is a ritualistic suicide after a warrior is unable to fight in honorable combat. Tara reluctantly agreed and performed the ritual the following month. Tara's mother was a human Starfleet security officer aboard the USS Santa Maria. She tragically died on an away mission in 2353, only two year after Tara's birth. After her mother died due to unnessecary, tragic violence Tara was sent to live with her father aboard 8 different Klingon vessels on which her father was stationed over 19 years. This is where she grew up and found her belief in Sto-Vo-Kor and learned the tradition of the Klingon people. After much deliberation she applied and was accepted into Starfleet Academy in 2370 at the age of 19. Her father was proud of her decision to honor her mother by following in her footsteps. She spends much of her time learning about her Klingon heritage.
Personality
Commander Lollock is a bold, often brutally honest, risk taker. Her Klingon heritage is a staple in her daily life and she follows the rules of honor to the tee. She has become the quintessance of what a starfleet officer should be however, her quest for "honor" has been known to get her in trouble. The only repremand in her file is an incident where she refused to beam up from an away mission, at the Captain's orders, in 2375. The Captain of the vessel was forced to go down to the planet and forcebly remove, then ensign, Lollock from the planet's surface. Since that incident Tara has learned how to incorporate her quest for honor into Starfleet regulations and there have been no more problems.
Psycological Profile (as of 1/3/2383)
Ms. Lollock is of sound mind and an extremly capable officer. She has a command style that is one of a kind, although her style is emtremly unpredictable but it seems to work well. The officers under her follow regulations thuroughly but,  she knows when it is necessary to "bend" the rules to save lives or complete a mission.
