We are from a region in space called the Delta Alliance, which is, so it seems, quite similar to how your Federation works and unites different humanoid races. We came here with peaceful intentions, and hoped to negotiate a future between your Federation and our Delta Alliance, in name of our High Queen, hoping to establish a lasting communication between us both. And the officer exchange we arranged with Ms. Webber will be a perfect start for this, so I hope we may achieve yet more good communications."
