If i'm on the infiltration team Commander Damen is more than capable of taking command of the New Orleans and joining the Tiberon, Cortez, and Evelution.

and I totally agree with Admiral Vorak, we should contact the Romulan Government to get their military authorities to deal with these renegades.

One thing I have noticed about their strategies, is they tend to go for surprise rather than brute force. As the reports show they attack DS12 with two main forces, and under cloak the first group opened up on the Station. I believe we must find a way to do the same, attack with surprise that is. So far it seems that we have a total of the Tiberon, Sequoia, New Orleans, Cortez, Evolution (maybe) and perhaps a couple ships from the Intel Division.

This number may increase, won't it sir? adding a couple more ships could prove invaluable, but it is not mandatory that we need them.
