Do I have clearance to give missions to ships that have none?/ Have finished one?

 I don't see much of the CO and XO, I gave the Ares a mission because Captain Drex came to me asking about one.  I can be on a bit every day, so if its not possible for anyone else I can keep the ships going mission wise.

(OFF: This is supposed to be an in-game forum, where the admiral's actually meet in the game. It's not that big of a deal, but lets try to keep this kind of stuff in Mission Planning. Anyway...)

(OFF2: You can give out missions, but try to run them past me or Jeff first. I used to just give out missions off the top of my head, but I learned that when you plan it out, it can be much more dramatic and fulfilling.)

(OFF3: Dane, do you actually have a char in Nova named Alex Dane? If not, that character could become an actual part of the division, not just an out-of-character observer.)

(OFF: So will can you give me the 411 on Omega recent history (where are our ships, why are we slow ect.) What are our options for missions to try to boost the number of posters. The best way to boost out member might be to get the few we have REALLY active so people see how active we are and join)
