The Throne Room

[CR-D74]

CR's metallic voice emanated from his vocabulator.

"Statement: I am in agreement, Councillor Tash. Many were terminated in the war, I would not wish to see such tragedy again."

[Comm One]

*Comm One enters the Throne room and reports in. He bows to the Queen give gives his proper repects to the Council then speaks*

"Majesty, I have returned and I have also brought the Federation Ambassador Frank Gordon to represent Starfleet in this meeting. Shall I show him in?"

[Kiatya]

"If there are no objections to this new proposal I shall approve of it. BUt we must concentrate on the tasks at hand. Thank you my dear Comm-One. You have served us all very well and your experiance in the exchange program has givin us great knowledge and brought us closer to our allies and it is time for you to be acknowledge for your acheivments. from this day forward you will be givin the rank of Grade 5 Director and you will be givin command of the First DA Defence Fleet and you will be givin the Outstanding Service Medal and the Diplomatic Contact Medel. The DA is proud to have you with us and I wish the best for you Director. No go and return to your ship. I will send orders to you when we have finished. Now Ambassador Gordon I am glad that you have joined us. please take a seat. We will await the arrival of the remainder of the council then we shall begin. Oh and do not feel threatend of our Romulan Ambassador. I felt it necessary to have him here for they are also threatend by the Haaren. Prime Minister T'gol, if you would be so kind to explain to the Federation Ambassador of your peoples new ways."

[Mentora]

The Torran representative grew restless as he sat, and he spoke as T'Gol ended.
"I must make a query. What information do you have on these 'Heeran'? What are they? Where are they? This news comes new to my ears. Something that would drive the Romulan Empire as it stands in the Delta Quadrant, to become pacifists?".

[Val'Terek]

Val'Terek rose as well.

"If you have answered this before forgive me yet what assurance can you give us you will do as you say and decommission your fleet once you are allowed to rebuild it?"

[Mentora]

"One of our ships? I would suggest a fleet, with the uncertainy of myself and my fellow representatives. It seems unusual, seperatists of the Romulan Empire, as it is in the Alpha Quadrant.
I still wonder for an answer on my original question regarding a threat of another species. What are these enemies? Where are they? And on what base do we meet here to discuss being attacked in the future? Answer the question of why we are here discussing a questionable alliance between the Delta Alliance and the Romulans".

[Mentora]

Mentora remained at ease, maintaining a content posture while he viewed the starfleet officers.
"May we please have the presentation of information now, then? I have become curious of this new threat".

[Mentora]

Mentora entered the hall, and took a seat.

[Kiatya]

*Kiatya looks to Tash and CR.*

"Welcome, it has been along time since we have had this many Council members togather. I know there are still a few more members yet to arrive but I would like to introduce to you Admiral T'gol, the representative of the newly formed Romulan Republic. He is here to join us in the meeting with Starfleet to discuss a counter attack on the Najigat."

[Tgol]

*Tgol looks to Pax and answers his question in a tone that sounded as if he were embarrassed.*

"Unfortunatly no, our location in the Delta Quadrent make us vulnerable to attack from our former nation. The Romulan Star Empire still shows hostilities twards us and a number of old Coalition ships abandoned our new cuase and is frequently attack us. The purpose of our fleet is strictly for security purposes only."

[Frank Gordon]

Ambassador Gordon comes in and stands next to Comm One. He bows slightly.

"Your majesty, it is an honor to be in your hall here. May i join this meeting as representative for the Federation?"

[Tgol]

*T'gol clears his throught and stands and faces Gordon.*

"Ambassador Gordon. As you know the Romulan Coalition is known all around the Delta Quadrent as being a noctorios band of Romulan seperatist that go about ravaging and attacking ships with out warning and with no mercy. many times have they attack your peoples fleet and stations and I know much damage and several lives were ended by the coalition and the past is regretable. But now the old Admirals have long been dead for sometime and we rose up from the ashes and begian our own nation. It is a Republic and we are no longer a hostile people and our primary goal as of now is to gain good relations with our former enemies. Our Fleet is rusting away in our shipyards and we are hoping to commision them one last time to aid the DA and hopfully Starfleet in a Campain against the Heeran eliminating them as a threat. As soon as victory is assured we shall decom and dismantle our main fleet leaving only a small few for our own security."

[Tgol]

*Tgol think for a moment then looks to both Mentora an Val'Terek*

"Perhaps a pact or a contract. Yes I know it seems it will not do much but I swear to you and this whole council... when this problem is solved then the Romulan Republic will rid ourselves of our battle fleet. Oh and Mentora, we were seperatist from the Romulan Star Empire... our earlier attempts in creating a self sustaining nation in the past, The Romulan Coalition, failed miserably and created many enemies for itself. Like I mentioned before we are trying to rid ourselves of the reputation of being known as a bunch of pirates."

[Kiatya]

"Mentora, I do appreciate what you are doing but it is I who sent for the Romulans and Comm One has done a little investigation before I sent the invitation and I do beleive the Romulans are a changed people but just to make sure of this and that this is not just a facade and investigation group will be sent. Tash, will you arrange for your best vessles to prepair for the journy to the Romulan Seperatists territory? I will be most greatful. But now we must move onto telling you of these Heraan. I beleive Ambassadore Gordon will be more fit to tell you all about them seeing how they have recived the more devistating side of them and have had more time to gather information. Would you please Ambassadore Gordon?"
