Arrival of Commander Rayvek

Commander Rayvek, assigned to the Allience by starfleet arrives in two days, along with his tactical fleet of 12 Birds of Prey. His arrival will herald a new chapter for the Allience, he has been ordered to observe the allience and report back to Starfleet. Many belive his arrival is uncalled for and feel anger towards it. Whatever the outcome, his arrival will surely benefit Allience due to the fact that his fleet will be at full disposal of the Allience.
