Soon they will be a stronger force in this sector than we, and what will stop them from taking over our alliance? Already now, because of the mere presence of Starfleet, and their arrogance at ignoring our regulations, the Alliance is falling apart!"
*Then he steps before the High Queen, and kneels.*
"People who still refuse to see the bitter truth, such as Mr. Tash, are tearing apart your Round Council Convention, my lady! You cannot let this happen. We have no choice but to take action against the invaders. Please understand the reasons why I do what I am about to do, for it is in the best interests of the Alliance."
*He turns to Wabvleef next.*
"The ASC Revox should arrive soon. Let us meet its chief of command, Ardwyad. If we have him on our side, along with your forces surely we can even out the odds again!"
*They both leave the council room.*

*Mentora gets up from his chair again.*
"Listen to yourself, all! You keep talking and talking! But when will be the moment that we act? I say we increase military presence, and close our borders to all outsiders! And that we keep watch to any activity related to Starfleet! Who is with me??"

"If this Droid is to be dismantled, and Mr. Wabvleef will buy its eyes, then I would like to buy the weaponry systems too!"

*Mentora grumbles.*
"Who invited those laws anyway?"

"Bah, and then the Borg will invade our space and assimilate us all! That's why the Traquel originally built these Droids after all, wasn't it? They were originally designed to battle the Borg! And now that the Borg has been quiet and learned their lesson, we could use this technology to fight the Torran rebels and defeat them at last! All we have to do, is take out the intelligence subroutines out of HK47, so he won't turn against us."

"Or the destruction of yourself, Mr. Pax."
*The Torran Representative Mentora, who had been elected as the new Torran government leader after its reformation about two years ago, walked up to Pax and Tash.*
"If your enemy is at your doorstep, and you have nothing to defend yourself, how will you survive? Your pacifistical ideals will die with you."
*Then he turns to Tash.*
"But that doesn't mean that your defense systems should get out of hand. We could use this Droid for spare parts to upgrade our ships' defense systems, though."

*Mentora approaches the High Queen.*
"Your Majesty, some of these demands are unacceptable! First of all, if we remove a part of the weapons from HK47, but store them on the same ship where he resides, he will always have the ability to access them again! The weaponry are Delta Alliance technology, and therefore Delta Alliance property. They should be held safely right here at HeadQuarters, and not in the hands of Starfleet! Nor should a Starfleet captain have any access codes to it, but a Delta Alliance ambassador, such as Avelsa. Besides, if his mission statement changes and he is no longer charged with the protection of this random Starfleet captain, then there is no use for such weaponry in the first place!"

"The... 'babies' of HK47 will be well taken care of, if they would be given in the hands of the Torrans. But I understand that not many people here are inclined to do so, so therefore I must at least state that it is unacceptable to keep those weapons aboard a Starfleet vessel. They must be kept here in the headquarters of the Delta Alliance, and nowhere else!"
