"You could say it is urgent, yes. But you're busy so I won't take much of your time, and I'll try to be as brief as possible."
*Sanchez takes a deep breath.*
"Civil war broke out on Loxius. The repressing government appears to be winning, and some of our contact people of the Loxians on Vontak Nor, and among them Zayan, has been captured and is scheduled for execution. If the Loxian government manages to defeat the Loxian Exiles, they may become a threat to the presence of Starfleet in this sector."
